rockabilly kat's Tips

18th January 2026
12:40 Cyclo Cross WC Benidorm Women 2026

Ceylin Alvarado

Win Outright

50 WIN

Ceylin comes into this race in top form after winning the Dutch national title. On this course, with sand and short climbs, I fancy this course will suit Ceylin better than the rest.
12:40 Lucinda Brand vs The Field

The Field

Matchups

50 WIN

This course has sand, straight and short punchy uphill climbs, and I fancy that could well trouble Lucinda. I would rather have the field on my side, as there are three or four riders who can give Lucinda a very tough race.
13:00 Kyren Wilson v John Higgins

John Higgins to win 10-9

Frame Betting

50 WIN

Both of these players have seen their last two matches in this event go to a deciding frame, with both players fighting back from a losing position in their semi-finals. This should be a very close match, and I'm backing John to grab the win by a scoreline of 10-9.
14:00 Africa Cup of Nations 2025

Algeria

50 WIN

Algeria played in the Arab Cup as a guest and performed well to make the quarterfinals, only to be knocked out in a penalty shootout. They have also qualified for the World Cup by winning their group. These conditions will be favorable for them.

Burkina Faso

25 EW

I'm backing Burkina Faso to make the final in this event. They went deep in this event: in 2013 they were runners-up, in 2017 they finished third, and in 2021 they finished fourth. So they have shown they can handle the pressure of knockout events in Africa.

Bertrand Traore

Top Goalscorer

25 EW

With Burkina Faso's top striker out for this big event, I fancy Sunderland's striker Tranre will take over, score plenty of goals, and end up one of the top goalscorers of this event.

Dango Ouattara

Top Goalscorer

50 WIN

With Burkina Faso top goalscorer in qualifying out for this big event, I fancy Brentford's striker Dango will step in, score a few goals, and end up top goalscorer in this event.
16:30 Aston Villa v Everton
Villa have won 13 of their last 15 matches and have won their last eleven home games. I have to fancy them to beat Everton, who have won just once in their last seven matches.

Under 2.50

Total Goals

50 WIN

Everton have seen their last eight away games go under 2.5 goals and have failed to score in four of those matches. With Villa keeping five clean sheets in their last eleven home games, I'm backing under 2.5 goals.

Aston Villa #2-0

50 WIN

Villa have won their last eleven home games, scoring 2 or more in eight of those games and keeping a clean sheet in five of those matches. With Everton failing to score in two of their last three matches, I'm backing Villa to win 2-0.

Lamare Bogarde

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Lamara has a good record for picking up bookings this season in all events, picking up five cards and committing over 1.7 fouls every 90 minutes. He is on the right-hand side of midfield and is sure to have to stop the most fouled player in the Premier League, Jack Grealish.

Matty Cash

Player to be Booked

50 WIN

Matty looks a bit of value to pick up a booking. He will be up against Grealish, who has been fouled more times than any other player in the Premier League. I can see him giving Matty a very tough afternoon.
17:00 Montenegro vs Faroe Islands

Montenegro

Money Line

50 WIN

I was impressed with Montenegro in their first match. They pushed Slovenia all the way in a 41-40 defeat, and I'm backing them to beat the Faroe Islands, who tied their first match in this event. With Montenegro having more experience in these kinds of matches, they have to be my tip.

Montenegro 2.50

Match Handicap

50 WIN

Montenegro played well in their defeat to Slovenia, losing by just one goal. They did score 40 goals and, with far more experience of these kinds of matches than the Faroe Islands, I can see them keeping this match very close.
17:00 North Macedonia vs Portugal

Portugal

Money Line

50 WIN

Portugal dominated their first match against Romania 40-34 with a strong attacking lineup. I fancy they can outscore this North Macedonia team.

North Macedonia 6.50

Match Handicap

50 WIN

North Macedonia struggled with Danmark in the first match. They had too much pace and depth in attack. I fancy they will improve on that performance and can stay within the 6.5 goals they get on the handicap against Portugal.
17:00 Poland vs Iceland

Iceland

Money Line

50 WIN

Iceland made a statement in their first match, beating Italy 39-26. This attacking lineup, I'm sure, will outscore this Poland team, who were outclassed by Hungary in their first match.
17:30 Celta Vigo v Rayo Vallecano

Celta Vigo -0.50

Asian Hcap

50 WIN

Rayo Vallecano have won just two of their last nine away games in 90 minutes. They face Celta Vigo, who have lost just once in their last eight matches in 90 minutes. I fancy Celta can win again with home advantage.
19:00 Senegal v Morocco
Both teams have reached the final unbeaten. Senegal have drawn once but kept four clean sheets. They face Morocco, who have drawn two games and kept five clean sheets. I'm backing the draw.

Under 2.50

Total Goals

50 WIN

Both Senegal's knockout matches have seen just one goal in each match. Morocco have only seen two goals in their two knockout matches. I'm backing under 2.5 goals.

No

Both Teams to Score

50 WIN

Morocco have seen just one of their six matches have both teams scoring, and Senegal have seen two of their six matches with both teams scoring. I'm backing the defenses to be on top and 'No' to both teams to score.

Draw & No

Result and BTTS

50 WIN

I don't see goals in this match, with Morocco keeping five clean sheets in their six matches and Senegal keeping four clean sheets in their six matches. I fancy both defenses will be on top in this match, so I'm backing the draw and no to both teams to score.

Draw #0-0

50 WIN

Senegal have kept four clean sheets in six matches, and Morocco have kept five clean sheets in their six matches. I fancy both defences will be on top in this match, so I'm backing the 0-0 scoreline.
19:00 The Masters 2026

Mark Williams

25 EW

Mark is in the bottom half of the draw and I fancy he will go all the way to the final. He comes into this event playing well and has the experience of this event to draw on when the matches get tough.

Neil Robertson

50 WIN

I'm backing Neil to win The Masters now. With Ronnie withdrawing from the event, he will play an easier opponent in the first round. He has been playing well in events in the second half of last year.
19:30 Italy vs Hungary

Hungary

Money Line

50 WIN

Hungary were very convincing in their first match in this group against Poland, with their defence looking very strong. I have to back them to outscore this poor Italy team, who lost their first match, conceding 39 goals.
19:30 Switzerland vs Slovenia

Switzerland

Money Line

50 WIN

Switzerland had to come through the group of death to make the European Championships. In their first match they had to come from 6 goals behind to grab a draw. I can see them improving on that performance and beating Slovenia.

Switzerland 0.50

Match Handicap

50 WIN

Slovenia's defence struggled in their first match, conceding 40 goals. I fancy they will have another tough match against Switzerland, who came from 6 goals behind to grab a draw in their first match. They can only improve and should beat Slovenia.
20:00 Real Sociedad v Barcelona
22:45 Sony Open in Hawaii

Brian Campbell

25 EW

Brian is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour last season. He finished 20th on his last appearance at this course, and I fancy he will improve on that performance with a solid putter. He could well be having a great Sunday.

David Ford

25 EW

David has a very neat and tidy style of play with a good driver and very accurate ball play. I can see David being thereabouts on Sunday and, with a little luck, could come away with the win.

Keita Nakajima

25 EW

Keita has played this course twice. He was sitting 5th at halfway on his debut here four years ago and performed well on his second visit, striking the ball very well. Based on those two performances, I fancy he could go very close this weekend.

Tom Hoge

25 EW

Tom's form improved in the autumn, with his last 10 rounds being scores between 66 and 70. With his iron play in good order, I fancy Tom will be challenging on Sunday.

Brian Campbell

Top American

25 EW

Brian is a two-time winner on the PGA Tour last season. With form on this course, he finished 20th the last time he played here. I fancy he will improve on that and finish as one of the top Americans.

David Ford

Top American

25 EW

This is David's debut here, but I fancy last year's PGA. Your university graduate can put a good few rounds in on this course. He has a neat and tidy style of play with great accuracy, and that could well see him being one of the better American players.

Tom Hoge

Top American

25 EW

I fancy Tom could well be one of the better American players in this event. He improved in the autumn. Over his last 10 rounds his scores were between 66 and 70. With his iron play in good form, he has to be backed.
8th February 2026
23:30 Super Bowl LX

HOU Texans

Outright Win

25 EW

I fancy the Texans could make the Super Bowl final. They have one of the best defenses in the playoffs. They gave up the fewest yards per game, and there was only one other team that conceded fewer points in the regular season. With this defense, they will stay in games.

LA Rams

Outright Win

50 WIN

The Rams were in the hunt for the NFC No. 1 seed but lost out to Seattle, so they are now in the wild-card spot and will have to do it the hard way to win the Super Bowl. But they have shown in the regular season they are one of the better teams.
