rockabilly kat's Tips

19th February 2026
13:30 Afghanistan vs Canada World Cup

Ibrahim Zadran (Afghanistan)

Top Team1 Batsman

50 WIN

Zadran has been in good form with the bat, scoring a half-century against UAE. I fancy he will put in another big performance against Canada and end up being Afghanistan's top run scorer.
19:15 Stephen Bunting vs Gian van Veen

Stephen Bunting

Win Match 2-way

50 WIN

Stephen played well this week in the two Players Championships, making the final and last 16. He has beaten Gian in two of the last three meetings, and I have to fancy his chances tonight.

Stephen Bunting 1.50

Handicap 2-way

50 WIN

I'm backing Bunting with the handicap in his favour. He comes into this match playing well. He made a final and also made the last 16 of the two Players Championships he played in earlier this week. Plus, he has beaten van Veen in two of the last three meetings.

Draw

Most 180s

50 WIN

I fancy this could be very close in the 180 market. Gian is hitting 0.33 180s per leg this season, and Bunting is averaging 0.29 180s per leg, so it points to a draw.
19:30 Hull KR v Brisbane Broncos

Hull KR

To Win

50 WIN

The Broncos have brought a full-strength squad to England for this match. However, they have not played since October, and with Hull KR playing last week they will have had a proper game. I'm backing Hull KR to grab the win.

Hull KR 12.50

Handicap (2-way)

50 WIN

Hull KR come into this match off the back of a shock defeat last weekend. They have played recently, unlike the Broncos, who have not played since October. They are giving Hull KR a 12.5-point start, and I don't fancy they can cover that, so I'm backing Hull KR.

Under 37.50

Total Points

50 WIN

I'm backing a low-scoring game. In the last World Club Challenge games played in England, they have all gone under a point total of 36.5, so I have to back under 38.5 points.
19:45 Luke Humphries vs Josh Rock

Luke Humphries

Win Match 2-way

50 WIN

Josh put in a very poor performance last week, and he may struggle against Luke, who comes into this event after winning a Players Championship earlier this week. So Luke has to be my tip.

Draw

Most 180s

50 WIN

Luke is averaging 0.39 180s per leg this season and Josh is averaging 0.32 180s per leg this season. That is very close, so I'm thinking it could be close in this market. I'm backing the draw.
20:15 Michael van Gerwen vs Luke Littler

Michael van Gerwen

Win Match 2-way

50 WIN

Michael looks too big a price to beat Luke. He beat him in the semi-finals last week, and I'm going with Michael to grab the win again in front of a Scottish crowd.

Michael van Gerwen 1.50

Handicap 2-way

50 WIN

I'm backing Michael with the handicap. His father last week, he beat Luke in the semi-final, and I fancy he will beat him again. The handicap of +1.5 is a bonus.

Draw

Most 180s

50 WIN

Luke is averaging far more 180s this season than Michael. But when they met last week Michael hit four 180s and Luke only hit one. I fancy this will be a lot closer, so I'm backing the draw.
20:45 Jonny Clayton vs Gerwyn Price

Jonny Clayton

Win Match 2-way

50 WIN

These two met last week and they played a very close match, with Price winning 6-5. I fancy Clayton can turn that result around this week.

Jonny Clayton 1.50

Handicap 2-way

50 WIN

These two players met last week and played a very close match, with Price winning 6-5. I'm backing Clayton with the 1.5 start on the handicap, as I can see this match being just as close as last week.

Draw

Most 180s

50 WIN

These two met last week in the Premier League and played out a very close match. Clayton threw three 180s and Price threw four, so I fancy this could be very close again. I'm backing the draw.
22nd February 2026
14:45 Magical Kenya Open

Alex Fitzpatrick

25 EW

Alex comes into this event playing some solid golf, but does not always finish the job off. His approach play is in great order and he gains strokes from the tee. It's just his putter that has let him down, but I fancy he can put that right and could well go close this weekend.

Angel Ayora

50 WIN

Angel is the standout player in this event. With a couple of top players missing, he has been striking the ball very well. He will be suited by this course, and I can see Angel winning this event.

Guido Migliozzi

25 EW

I'm going with Guido. He comes into this event with improved approach play, which will be a big weapon around this tree-lined course. When his approach play is good, he tends to put in top performances.

JC Ritchie

25 EW

I'm backing Richie to have a good event. He drops in grade for this event and is returning to some familiar surroundings. He put in some solid performances in his first four starts this year, and this could be a great weekend.

Thriston Lawrence

25 EW

I fancy Lawrence could well have a good weekend. He has plenty of tree-line course form and that suits him around this course. He comes into this event in good form.
22:45 The Genesis Invitational

Cameron Young

25 EW

On debut at this course he sat 2nd after Round 1 and Round 2. He stayed in 2nd place after the 3rd and 4th rounds. I fancy another big performance from Cameron around this course.

Ludvig Aberg

25 EW

Aberg comes into this event as the defending champion, as he won this event up in Torrey Pines. Winning on that course is a very good pointer for winning around this course. With his work around the greens improving week on week, I have to back Aberg.

Rory McIlroy

50 WIN

With the rain coming in and Rory changing to blades, I have to fancy Rory has a massive chance of winning this event. Back in 2019 he put in his best performance around here, and the rain played a part in that performance.

Taylor Pendrith

25 EW

I'm going to give Taylor a chance in this event. He missed the cut on his only appearance at this course back in 2022, but he is a far better player now. Last year he had his first top-5 finish in a major, and I fancy we will see a very big performance this weekend.
