Joyeuse has gone seven races since its last win but ran an encouraging race at Cheltenham when finishing third. If that race hasn't taken too much out of him, he could stand a chance here.

Gold Dancer finished second in a race at Cheltenham on ground that didn't suit him. He will find the going here much to his liking, and this could be another Mullins success.

Heart Wood was a runaway winner in the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham and should have too much for the opposition here. He shouldn't be bothered by the shorter trip or the good going.

Gentleman de Mee comes into this race fairly fresh, having not run for 80 days. He is a course-and-distance winner with five chase victories under his belt. This is a wide-open race, but he could figure at the end.

Jon Rahm's year has been going very well so far. This year on the LIV circuit, things haven't. He has a win, three seconds, and a fifth-place finish under his belt so far this year.

Michael Kim put together a very good round of golf at the weekend to finish in second place. He could be the dark horse here.
Sam Burns

Sam Burns has been quite inconsistent this year, with no top-ten finishes under his belt. He hasn't won since 2022, but he normally makes a good fist of things in the big tournaments.
Sepp Straka

Sepp Straka missed the cut last weekend, but he has had a decent year so far with a second and another top-ten finish.
Tyrrell Hatton

Tyrell Hatton continues to compete on the LIV circuit. Things haven't gone his way so far this year. His best effort so far this year was a 3rd-place finish. He could be a dark horse.
