Both of SKYE GLANCE's siblings placed first time in a bumper for Alex Hales and so a big run from this mare is very much on the cards. Already, the fanciest prices have gone and with bumpers, I have a definite strategy. Number one rule is don't rush to bet in them at all, but if you do, it very much pays to focus on newcomers.

I don't really bet in bumpers but Huntingdon was my local track growing up and I retain a fondness; even though you can't spend the day with a picnic in the middle nowadays. Noel Williams has bumper winners and like my other selection, BRIERY BLUEBELLE is from a family well known to the trainer. The mare may or may not be ready for today and may not appreciate this speed track but at the price, I have to have a win and place interest.
