Belgium v Kazakhstan Tips

Very short odds here, but I am expecting a comfortable home win for the hosts, who are usually very good at home. The visitors really struggle on the road.

Belgium won three of their last four matches and also scored 14 goals in that run. However, two of their last six meetings against Kazakhstan ended in draws.

For the last 2 qualifiers, Kazakhstan has lost by 1-0, showing some good defensive structure in their play. I believe if Belgium underestimates them, Kazakhstan can walk away with 3 points, despite Belgium being the favorite.

This game might be a one-sided show for Belgium as Kazakhstan does not stand a chance against the defensive solidity of Belgium. Their previous matches have also been the same way.

Belgium conceded a goal against Macedonia and three goals when they defeated Wales 4-3 at home three months ago. Kazakhstan has dangerous attackers, although they are the outsider today.

Kazakhstan only scored a single goal in the 3 games played in this qualification phase against good teams. They won 2-0 against Liechtenstein. Against Belgium, they will have problems scoring.

Belgium thrashed Liechtenstein 6-0 in their last qualifying match but secured a dramatic 4-3 victory in their most recent home game against Wales. Kazakhstan, on the other hand, has scored in two of its last four qualifying matches, including a 2-0 win over Liechtenstein and a 3-1 loss to Wales.

Belgium is likely to win both halves since they are way ahead of Kazakhstan in terms of both attacking and defensive structure. This might continue since their previous encounter did the same.

Jeremy Doku is my preferred player to open the score. Belgium will have control of the game and won't give many chances to Kazakhstan to score. Doku will start in the attack and is an unpredictable and dangerous player.
