Norwich have been much improved since the turn of the year, winning 4 from the last 5 and moving out of the relegation zone. Blackburn, however, have been in poor form and won their first game in 10 against lowly Sheff Wednesday on Tuesday night. Norwich have beaten better sides than Blackburn in recent weeks and only narrowly lost to in-form Middlesbrough last Saturday.

York are looking to regain top spot. The league's top scorers, with 76 goals already this term. Forest Green are also in the promotion chase, but York at home are very strong. Forest Green have only won once in the last five, so form suggests a home win.

Wolves look destined for relegation but have shown some fight in the last few weeks. Chelsea are pushing for a top-4 spot and are in decent form under new coach Liam Rosenior. I expect the class of Chelsea to get through this one.

Arsenal are firmly in the driving seat for the PL title. Very good defensively and with many attacking options, they will beat Sunderland. Sunderland, by their standards, are having a great season, but Arsenal will be too strong on the day and win this one.

Coventry need to get back on track after dropping points in January. Home to Oxford Utd should be the ideal tonic. Coventry should have too much for struggling Oxford, who were well beaten at Sheff Utd on Tuesday night, so I fully expect a home win.

Stockport on a great run of wins, winning five of their last six and very strong at home, pushing for promotion. Leyton Orient in poor form, losing their last six away games and just above the relegation zone.
-

Huddersfield pushing for promotion, winning four of the last five at home. Blackpool have lost four of the last five on the road. Huddersfield have a play-off place to secure, while Blackpool are marginally above the relegation zone.
-

Harrogate are on a terrible run of form, losing eleven of the last 13 games, and have not won at home in the league since September. Cambridge are in fine form and are looking to secure an automatic promotion spot.

Am I backing Swansea to win or Sheff Weds to lose? Either way, a home win looks very likely. A poor Blackburn side managed to see off Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday night, so Swansea should win this at a canter.
