  The Pole has been improving on the circuit, and I am backing he can have a good run in a tournament like the World Grand Prix. He won the only meeting last year with Schindler, and he leads the head-to-head meetings 5-2. I am backing Krzysztof Ratajski to beat the German on the opening night.

  The Machine has found some of his best form over the last few months with a run to the World Matchplay final and some good showings on the European Tour, reaching a final and semi-final. He has beaten Joe Cullen twice since May, including a 10-3 hammering at Blackpool, and I am backing Wade to take care of business on the opening night against The Rockstar.
