The Mercedes are much quicker and when the mechanicals are fine-tuned they will take the win, as both Hamilton and Russell have shown their quality by taking victories. If George Russell is back to his best, he will confirm Mercedes' supremacy in this Azerbaijan race as he did in Austria when he took the win.

When they get good starting positions, the performance of Mercedes is striking. I expect George Russell to run well on Saturday, as he has shown much more consistency than Lewis Hamilton throughout 2024, so it seems to me that he will be the one who will finish the race in the best position and probably on the podium.
