Steve,

Most of what you need ( all I need ) may be on TheBettingSite.com which is a 'lite' version of the RP site but has far less video nasties running on it.

I have it permanently running in the background with no ill effects.

It is currently 1 of 14 tabs inc TBS and Betfair, with 6 bots, Excel and Thunderbird also running. CPU usage averaging 15%.

If your CPU is running at 100% then your RAM is not capable, Always get as much GB as possible, a Laptop that has 8GB Ram (Random Access Memory) is advisable with some internet companies because of the high-download rate on your Broadband connection, your CPU (Intel Pentium CPU) and RAM complement each other.

If you go to the Administrator section, you can run a diagnostic check.
