I have placed a bet on a football , this was accepted, won, paid and cashed out.
I ve then withdrawn the money, hoever all of the sudden they have reversed everything and did not pay sayin that there was en error in their system and the bet should ve not be accepted.

I would like to know if first of all they can take money back from my account with asking the permission and also if they reverse a payment just like this specially considering that if the bet would have ended up in a lost they would have taken the money.

thanks for ur concern, however no i did not get an answer, but the main issue here is weather they can take the money back from my account once the ammount was already credited and i request for a withdrawn processed

If it was credited incorrectly or in error then like a bank they would be able to revoke the payment from your betting account.

If I back a horse at 2/1 and they pay me out at 100/1, then its an error and I wouldn't expect to keep the money.

I hope you can get a reply from the relevant bookie, you may need to persevere and ask to speak to a manager.

If you don t mind me asking further r u sure that if the bank over pays u then they can take the money back without authorization?
I m not sure about the english law but i asked a loyal and he told me that in the EU they can not do that but since uk r now out there maybe different rules

Hi

Hope I am in the right place. I had a winning bet of a few hundred pound on horse racing with Coral on weds 26.06.19. They did have technical issues and though the bet appears as settled I have still not recieved my winnings. I have raised this via phone and on chat recording all that I can with screeshots. I have contacted them about 20 times in 5 days and continually told that there is thousands effected by this major issue and I will get my winnings but need to be patient. Got to say I am going out of mind not least at all because I can find not one single reference anywhere on the internet. Has anyone heard about this and have any advice please? I have been with Coral for years and they have had a lot of money off me.

Very frustrating and not good from Coral, they could at least keep you more updated.

I suspect their staff are trawling through bets affected by the tech issue.

Hi OLBG, Some valuable information and learning experience here thanks.
I’ve been a gambler for most all my life. Started gambling with bookies and in casinos and switched to online casino’s in the past 10 years. Over the last few months I’ve been trying out some crypto currency casinos. I really appreciate the traceability, anonymity, trackability, and speed of cash outs. I am very bullish on Bitcoin and believe it’s a great currency to keep my disposable income in as it may make a profit while in possession. What’s important for me in a casino is the following: superior customer service, honestly fair, regulated/licensed casinos, best lines and promotions and offer the best terms and conditions regarding pay outs and play.
Does anyone here have experiences with bitcoin casinos that are favorable? Am I missing any of critical traits that a good casino should have?

William Hill. Went into wh last friday night . Had 20 on a winning horse and subsequently horse placed second by stewards. Told by WH staff they no longer pay FPTP. I asked where is signage reference change of policy. They looked at each other! Disgusted and thankfully WH have sold all their Irish bookies to BoyleSports . Good riddance to worst bookmakers we have ever had. They stopped x3 on luckys a few years back despite Ladbrokes just 2 miles up.road still offering. Nobody in this town goes in WH to do horse or football bets. They are only interested in gambling machines and the unfortunates who play them. Thats why they have sold all their shops because of law change. Good riddance WH please dont come back.....

I'm looking for reviews from people who have used Star Sports Bookmakers, they have a reputation for laying bets and not closing accounts. Is this the case from peoples experience? and also are they a reliable Bookmaker and honour bets?
