4.39L - Piffle
Won over 7f at Goodwood in September last year on good to firm just being ridden out
at the finish. Last run was over 1m 37yds in a class 4 where she finished 9th of 10 but was
hampered 2f out with her rating 76. Drops to class 5 today with rating down to 72. Will
be fresh after a 54 day break making polytrack debut.

Steenie1 still has the lead but Igoruk has shot up from bottom to 2nd in two days after he again picked a high scoring winning horse giving him 90 points today and is only 10 points behind Steenie1. Still an open race with only 70 points separating 1st to 5th. Two races to go and don't forget about the bonus prize.

Good luck all :win:

Lingfield 4.39
STUBBLE FIELD
There may be more to come from this three year old filly who is half sister to a colt who won a Listed race in August.
The dam is an all-weather winner who recorded a near career best when placing second over today's course and distance in the autumn of her three year old season.
Stubble Field returns to Polytrack for the first time since April. Her form figures on this surface are 23.
She kept on over 7 furlongs on her only previous visit to Lingfield and today's one mile trip may see her do better.
The stable's last runner before today was a winner and jockey Jack Mitchell, who takes over in the saddle, has also been in the winners recently.

LINGFIELD 4.39 CITRUS GROVE

This lightly raced J R Fanshawe trained 3-y-o filly has been placed in two of her four races over seven furlongs but was well beaten behind the M Botti trained Valentinka over seven furlongs at Wolverhampton 52 days ago but stepping up in trip to one mile today could bring enough improvement for a bit run with Hector Crouch booked to ride

4.39 Lingfield

GLORY AND GOLD

Trainer William Haggas ..... ..... .... .... ....... ....> jockey William Buick

A William Haggas trained 3 year old who has only had the 1 race on the a/w in May in a class 5 novice stakes at Chelmsford over 7f when made fav getting caught on the line beaten a neck when made fav finishing 2nd of 12 runners . She is in a class 5 fillies handicap over 1 mile and has William Buick in the saddle who rode her on her debut on the flat at Newmarket . This filly is sired by Havana Gold who was a decent horse over 7f and 1 mile. She ran below par when tried over 6f on the flat last time out at Newmaket. This is her 2nd race on the a/w and is stepping back up in distance. Has a good chance on this race today.

4.39 Lingfield - Aviary

Headgear wearing, and in good form after finishing 1st of 11 at Wolverhampton over 7 furlongs this month, also on an all weather surface. Up 2lb’s but still bottom weight today with her jockey claiming 3lb’s. Small Stable in fair form with another recent winner and 8 furlongs will suit too.

Lingfield
4:39

Present Moment

Making polytrack debut today, and has drifted down to a more favorable mark, after not making much progress on the firm ground of the turf. If she handles the A/W she could put in a much better performance today. Finished 4th/14 last time out at Yarmouth Gd over today's distance. Looks worth giving her a chance in the hope she takes to the A/W surface. Callum Shepherd is in charge of the reins today for the Bell yard. Provided the ground suits she could go very close and looks a possible for the ew market.

Proud Fairy

Needed every inch of the 7f when winning last time so step up to 1m should be fine, effectively just 1lb higher today with good claimer taking off 3lb. Was good enough to finish a head 2nd over CD off 68 so should have every chance today. Decent draw in 4 and has only been out of the first 5 once (debut) in her short career which bodes well for this competition.

Proud Fairy

Proud Fairy represents Gary Moore's stable. She has one win to her credit. This first success came most recently in the 7f race at Chelmsford. Proud Fairy is gradually becoming a specialist in all-weather racing. She was second in a similar race over 1m here at Lingfield. Jockey Rhys Clutterbuck claims 3lb
