Postby PompeyJim » Thu Nov 16, 2017 10:27 am

The Premier League returns this weekend after the international break and what a match to kick off proceedings !

Arsenal host Tottenham at the Emirates in the North London Derby, kick off is 12.30pm.

OLBG are offering a £20 cash prize for the most informative tip comment added by a member on the match.

The Comments Team will consider tips with comment analysis placed on all the available match markets and to qualify the tip/s must be added in the monthly competition in the usual way using the 'Make a Tip' menu -

https://www.olbg.com/members/maketip.php?id=16

We will be looking for detailed analysis that will highlight some or all of the following:

- Recent form of both teams, any trends after previous international breaks.
- Important team news, notable absentees, injuries, suspensions etc..
- Team set up, likely styles and key areas/players.
- Recent and relevant head to heads.
- Plus any relevant info that you feel gives your tip that edge to influence followers placing a bet.

The comments team will judge ALL the tip comments as it's the excellent content analysis we are judging not just winning tips and will announce the £20 cash prize winner on this thread and the cash will be paid directly into the winners OLBG account.

We intend to run ongoing a £20 "best comment" competition on one event each week and to encourage more people to get involved the £20 prize can only be won once by any member in a calendar month.

The high profile live TV games are of high interest and OLBG will see many new users accessing the app and website looking for guidance and advice from our Football tipsters and with the Premier League returning this weekend let's show them the quality we have and bag yourself a cool £20 in the process !

We look forward to judging your excellent analysis for OLBG followers again this week.

Enjoy the match and best of luck with your football tipping this month.

Big thank you to all members who added tip analysis on the match, we had over 150 comments to review and a big short list.

Great content from thejunespirit, Robmull, Honeybadger, Mrjolson, DJM3955, Andywood69 plus many many more and the £20 winner this week is steenie1 -

"Tottenham have a 4 point advantage over Arsenal, and far better GD stats---and that’s down to Spurs superior defensive qualities. Arsenal’s GD stats after 11 games are 20:16. Spurs GD stats are 20:7. Arsenal haven’t managed to beat Spurs in their last four Premiership meetings. The last encounter resulted in a 2-0 win for Spurs---before that it was three draws. Although Arsenal have won all five of their home games so far, I reckon that spell will be broken today. Spurs appear to have the more effective strike force. Harry Kane is the Premiership’s joint top scorer, Christian Eriksen was Denmark’s hat-trick supremo in their recent 5-1 thrashing of the Republic of Ireland in the WC qualifiers, and Dele Ali is always dangerous. Arsenal come into this match after a 3-1 loss to Man City. Spurs 1-0 win over Crystal Palace was hardly one for the scrapbook, but it was still a win. And when you look at their last European games, Spurs 3-1 home victory over Real Madrid in the Champions League looks far more impressive than Arsenal's 0-0 home draw against Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) in the Europa League."

Thanks again and well done steenie1.

Thank you! (Such a shame I didn't get the result right though---by my reckoning, they really should have won.)
