Just speculation at the moment but there's a drift on the exchanges to 8's. No smoke without fire?

POP....there goes another Charli Parcs...terrible to see him fall, but think we can forget about him for the Supreme....As i said, his price was atrocious, and very hard to justify.

More pace than Peace and Co? not sure about that either, being niggled a lot to keep up.

Possibly not his true running but triumph will be his race

Melon seems to have gone back in to 7.8
Lets hope not another one out and just a rumour this time

Call Me Crazy, but i still like Charli Parcs for this. Yes he was hard ridden to keep tabs on the front pair coming into the straight in the Adonis, however once he got to them he looked to have come back on the bit. He's now a much more backable price and 14/1 NRNB with Paddy Power and sky appeals to me.

what do others think with regards to how he was travelling when falling on Saturday?

It's difficult to make an arguement for him taking on his elders after that, I'd be inclined to think its Truimph or nothing imo.

Whether he was going to win or not isn't really a concern to me. At best it was touch and go whether he was going to win.

That was a juvenile race and all his form is of juvenile standard- therefore i struggle to see how anyone can have CP, said this way before Saturday.

Henderson confirms that the Truimph is the plan!

14's NRNB? If that's who you fancy, i'd definitely take that price although I think i would only go e/w. I had a check this morning and most bookies are offering 10/1. Personally I like the look of Ballyandy. Bang in form, off the back of a win at Newbury early in Feb he will be full of confidence. I think Moon Racer would be an obvious threat having beaten him twice last year but on the day I really think he could go close. Melon has also drifted, albeit rumours he won't run in the festival, it will be an interesting race to say the least. Cannot Wait!

Wow, 14's, I'd take that. Ladbrokes have Charlie Parks at 10s. E/W for me though.

I had word for Bunk off Early before the Deloitte and he looked like winner until the last 100 yards. That was over 2m 2f, so shorter distance in the Supreme will help on slightly stiffer track.... Bacardy's finished like a train in the same race, and is also decent price for the Neptune. I think the form of that race is strong with a few decent horses behind and pointing to a good run from both next time out.

For those interested I've done a blog looking at historical Winner SP's of a selection of races including the Supreme Novice Hurdle :-

https://www.olbg.com/blogs/post.php?id=412396

taken from the blog :-
"20/1, 6/1, 40/1, 17/2, 12/1, 12/1, 10/1, 10/1, 5/1, 7/2jf, 2/1f & 4/1 - The last 4 winners all priced 5/1 or shorter,"

I hope that helps & interests people in some way :win:
