Hi Guys, hope you're well - I've searched on here with regards to being able to withdraw my money balance from the tipster competition - it says go to dashboard and press claim but I can't see this option ? Am I doing something wrong ?

Hi,

The claim option is currently disabled whilst we process the January tables and allocate prizes.

When we have completed our month end checks the claim option will be available again on your dashboard page this afternoon under the My Achievements section next to your Real Money cash balance. Click on the Claim tab and then follow the instructions for entering your payment method.

The Comment table has a £100 prize fund, 15 prizes (£25 to winner)

Just curious if there'll be any options to tips matches in the darts for the Premier League this year? No tipping options showing for tonight's 4 matches currently.

We use bet365 settling terms for the racing comp results and they were (E/W 1/5 Odds 3 Places) for that race.

Would you please ask someone to check the following on Greyhounds for Wednesday evening.

Yarmouth 8.36 Lolas Company was settled as a loss when I believe it was a non-runner. It was scheduled to run from trap 4 but was replaced by Freedon special who actually won that race.

Hi nawoo,

Apologies for any confusion but there were incorrect odds received for a number of basketball and Ice Hockey matches yesterday and today. All tips on the incorrect odds were voided for the respective matches, the match odds were reversed (team A was team B and vice versa) in all cases and for point spread market.

For example Hapoel were 2.55, not Dijon who were favourites.

In some instances we had tipsters placing tips on a team with odds @ 17.0 when in actual fact they were below 2.00. Where possible we ask tipsters to let us know asap if odds are known to be incorrect at the time of trying to place the tip so we can investigate and fix quicker.
