Yesterday I had 2 tips in the basketball match Sacred Heart @ Binghamton

Binghampton to win (Moneyline)
Binghampton -4.5 (Points spread)

Unfortunately Sacred Heart won 75-60 according to flashscores, so both my tips were LOSSES but they have been marked as WIN.

Kindly amend the results.

Hi.

Coul you please get someone to have a look at the Dec figure in my elite status for Football. For some reason it is showing minus £15 when I believe it should be in profit by about £12 which will give me a blue box. That was the figure it was giving me for Dec during the November figures and is what it should be showing if my maths is correct.

Appreciate your help with this.

I'm not sure where to post this, but I've noticed that the U.S. hockey (NHL) market doesn't have it's own singular tipping column. It's been this way for several weeks now, but I've noticed most of the matches only show up amongst other "hockey" markets and it's difficult to isolate the U.S. matches. When you try to isolate the U.S. NHL hockey market, only future tipping options appear? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes apologies, our tech team are aware and as yet have not been able to fix as the issue is with how we receive the match odds from our external feed. We never use to have a problem with this as each league was correctly designated.

We can only suggest in the meantime to check each available tab as to not miss your required games, apologies again for the inconvenience.

It was ruled that Josh Jacobs didn't score a touchdown in the NFL (Raiders @ Rams) last night. He scored both anytime and first. Available at ESPN / NFL website etc.
