Ronaldo could also win golden boot to, he had great season

Have done Scotland v Gibraltar UNDER 3.5 goals 4/1 UNDER 5.5 goals, 4/5 Gibraltar probably won't score and I can't see Scotland scoring that many either

Spain??

I’m really interested in Spain, how they can go to the top and win EC and WC and then fail completely the last couple of tournaments. Interesting to see were they at.

I suspect many of us have watched a lot of teams in the last few days?

anyone impressed? any player worth noting? any team overrated?

What has the standard been like?

Now that the group qualifiers for France 2016 have been concluded which leaves eight nations to fight out for 4 spots via play offs, I would like to get your thoughts on the qualifying campaign which has given us some surprises and shocks.

Did the expanded 24 team tourney make some big sides complacent or the smaller sides thought this could be their chances to earn a place at a major tournament or has the gap between the big and smaller sides been narrowed.

I wonder what the odds were at the start of the qualifying campaign for:

*** The Euro 88 winners Holland to fail to make it to France
*** Iceland to do the double over the Dutch
*** Wales to remain unbeaten against Belgium over both legs
*** Cyprus to be involved for a play off spot till the last match.
*** Ireland to remain unbeaten against Germany over both legs
*** Northern Ireland to top their group
*** Faroe Islands to do the double over former winners Greece
*** Greece to finish bottom of their group.
*** Austria to win their group & they did it style 9 wins and 1 draw from 10.
*** Albania to qualify automatically and they remained unbeaten on the road without conceding.

***France '16 will see 3 of the Home Nations play at a major tournament since Mexico '86 when England, Northern Ireland and Scotland participated.

*** England qualified with a 100% record but will they be able to translate that in France? They always qualify without any difficulty but flop on the big stage.

What shocked or surprised you over the qualifying campaign?

After 2 years of qualifying matches, the draw for the Euro 2016 finally takes place on Saturday in Paris.

The 24 sides will be drawn into 6 groups of 4 each whose pots are as follows:

Pot A: France, Spain, Germany, England, Portugal, Belgium
Pot B: Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, Ukraine
Pot C: Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary
Pot D: Turkey, Republic of Ireland, Iceland, Wales, Albania, Northern Ireland

So what would your ideal draw be for your team?

As for me my ideal draw for my side would be
Germany, Ukraine, Hungary, Albania
:D which pays handsomely 195.11 bet365.

As most members are English fans whom would you like the Three Lions to be drawn with? With Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland all in Pot 4 chances are high that we see one of them drawn with their highly rated English neighbours.

England always find themselves drawn with either Sweden or Poland in qualifiers or tournaments themselves and odds of 5.80(bet365) look good for either to continue their love with England.

Your thoughts?

As an England fan I'd like to avoid Italy, Poland & Rep.Ireland...any of the home nations really, although there is part of me that wants us to meet Wales as they've been bleating on about how good they are for a while now and it's be nice to show them that we are still top dogs in the British Isles.

The perfect group for England would be Switzerland, Hungary & Albania IMO.

My ideal group is England, Italy, Poland, Rep. of Ireland.

We won't win the tournament and that would be the group that will add the most spice for an Irish fan.
