Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League ~ Napoli v Manchester City - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 3')

1x2: Napoli
HT/FT: Napoli/Napoli
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 2-1

Napoli hosts Manchester City in the Champions League on wednesday. Although Napoli have lost twice already on the road in CL so far this season then atleast in Serie A they are still unbeaten after winning 10 of the first 11 leaguegames. Napoli have also lost just 2 CL homegames in the 6 year history while playing in this competion. Meanwhile Man City have basically won every week as apart from that recent league cup match they have won every game(kind of) as they last dropped points back in august. And they're still unbeaten so far this season but probably not for too long. All 3 h2h games so far have seen both sides finding the net and as last 2 h2h matches went to the home team then i'm going to predict similar result this time aswell. Napoli to win.

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League
Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 2')

1x2: Real
HT/FT: Real/Real
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 1-2

Tottenham hosts defending champions in the Champions League on the first day of november on wednesday. Both sides lost their awaygames during the weekend so i am sure that they both will want to get back on winning ways after this match. Both sides have collected 7p from the first 3 grouogames so far this season so win for either team will send them to the next round. However draw might also be enough should Dortmund fail to beat APOEL..
These teams have met 4 times so far and as Real is still unbeaten after winning 3 of them then i'm expecting visitors to avoid defeat again on wednesday. Real to win.

New here, sorry if I get anything wrong!

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League ~ Napoli v Manchester City - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 3')

1x2: Napoli
HT/FT: Draw/Napoli
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 3-2

Both teams have scored freely recently with Napoli scoring 3 goals in each of their previous two matches and City scoring 19 goals in their previous 5 matches. City's defensive frailties were highlighted by West Brom at the weekend and I think Napoli will take advantage of that. Napoli need the win more than Man City do and have performed well against the better sides this season. They have not lost at home since Real Madrid beat them last season, and I think that run will continue here.

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League
Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 2')

1x2: Real Madrid
HT/FT: Real Madrid/Real Madrid
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 0-3

Real Madrid will have a point to prove in this match after losing to Girona at the weekend. Real Madrid will be determined to win this match to improve their chances of topping the group, and to guarantee qualification to the next round. It is looking unlikely that Harry Kane will start which is a blow for Tottenham who have relied on Kane for goals this season. Tottenham looked poor against Manchester United at the weekend without Kane and I think against stronger opposition they will come unstuck and get well beaten.

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League ~ Napoli v Manchester City - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 3')

1x2: Draw
HT/FT: Man City/Draw
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 2-2

This has the potential to be one of the great Champions League games, both teams like to attack and both score goals. Napoli cannot afford to lose so they may be a bit more cautious than normal but that could change if Man City do their 'normal'. Quite incredibly half of City's goals come in the first 15 minutes of games and if that trend continues then we could see another open, exciting game. Napoli score lots of their goals in the last 30 minutes and with neither side too unhappy with the draw I'm taking it to be level at the final whistle.

Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 2')

1x2: Tottenham
HT/FT: Draw/Tottenham
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 2-1

Madrid come into this game in some of the poorest form they have been in recently, the weekend loss to Girona leaves them well adrift of Barcelona at the top of La Liga, Tottenham seem to have buried the Wembley jinx now and will enjoy the atmosphere of tonight's game. I can't see the normal Tottenham clean sheet but I can see them doing enough to take all 3 pts off the reigning champions with the likelihood that Harry Kane is fit enough to start.

1x2: City
HT/FT: City/City

Correct Score: 1-2

This is a very tough game to call. A win for City will see us guaranteed a place in the knockout stages but defeat to Napoli will more than likely end their participation this season and they seem far too a side for that to happen. Napoli are very strong at home, they've lost just 2 of their last 43 Serie A games at home which is remarkable. They've only lost twice at home in the Champions League since 2011 also. We played here in 2011 and lost 2-1 in what was a very intimidating atmosphere. With whats at stake, the atmosphere is likely to be even more intimidating this time around. However, we're no mugs and our season has been amazing so far. We're more than capable of winning this tonight and getting ourselves through.

I fancy Real Madrid to do Tottenham tonight at Wembley. They come into this off the back of a shock defeat in La Liga to Girona which has seen them go 8 points behind Barcelona. Zinedine Zidane is under pressure now and a result here is needed. Both sides look very likely to progress either way so a defeat isn't the end of the world for Tottenham as they'll still have their progress in their own hands. It's very tough to go against the back to back Champions League winners no matter what kind of dodgy results they've had. A win for the Spanish giants is what I expect here.

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League ~ (02' GAMES)
Napoli v Manchester City - 19:45pm

1X2 Draw
HT/FT Draw / Draw
UNDER/OVER Under
CORRECT SCORE 1-1

Napoli are unbeaten this season in the Italian Serie A home and and away, ad sit Top of the table after 11 league games played. Napoli only sit 3rd in Group F of the Champions League winning 1 and losing 2 of their 3 group games, losing their last group game played 2-1 away against Man City. Man City are also unbeaten in the English Premiership home and away, and sit Top of the table after 10 league games played. Man City have won all 3 of their Group games played, sitting Top of Group F winning their last group game played 2-1 at home against Napoli. Man City have only conceded 1 goal in their 3 group games played, scoring 8 goals. Napoli have scored 5 goals and conceded 5 goals, this is a very close match, Napoli very strong at home, and will be out of this competition if losing this match tonight. I am taking this game to end in a draw tonight.

1x2: City

Correct Score: 2-3

A blood and thunder end to end game expected tonight.Napoli have to go for a win as they are only 3rd in the group.A loss and a Shakhtar win will see them 6 points adrift of qualifying. They have scored 20 goals in 7 games at home so should have no problems finding the net.Man City have scored in pretty much every game this season and won all 6 away games. This is no way going to be a bore draw is it? Man City can take control of the group with a win and they can do just that.

As per my tip on OLBG tipping comp:

"Spurs are starting to find their element at Wembley now. They have not lost a league game here in 4 games now compared to last season when they could not win regularly here.If they beat Real they will top the group and be strong faves to win the group too.Real are without Bale,Navas and Carvajal.Spurs without Kane is a blow but Pocchettino is a master tactician.Look how he set his team up to beat Dortmund and Liverpool here. They were stunning by all accounts.Spurs will press hard and create and score chances for sure.Real lost at Girona at the weekend. They were frankly embarrassing. They could not beat Spurs at home and I do not think they will at Wembley either."

Since writing this it looks like Kane could even make the team so that gives Spurs an even bigger chance of not losing.

Napoli v Man City
1X2: DRAW
HT/FT: DRAW/DRAW
Over/Under: OVER
Correct Score : 2-2
The reasoning: Man City won the reverse fixture 2-1, and were 2-0 up at half time. However, things could have possibly played out differently if Dries Mertens hadn’t missed a penalty for Napoli in the 38th minute. Napoli certainly know how to play for penalties as the goal they actually scored came from the spot. So did the goal they scored against Shaktar Donetsk in their 2-1 defeat there. Manchester City will come here with confidence having won all three of their group games. Napoli will be playing with some desperation having only one win and two losses from their 3 games. It will be tough for Man City, and Napoli will probably be diving around the penalty area like dying swans, but I think Man City can get something from the match---their domestic GD stats are superior to Napoli’s. Napoli are the Serie A leaders, having won 10 and drawn 1 of their 11 games. Their GD stats are 32:8 (+24). Man City lead the Premiership with 9 wins and a draw from their 10 games and GD stats of 35:6. (+29)

Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid
1X2: DRAW
HT/FT: DRAW/DRAW
Over/Under: UNDER
Correct Score : 1-1
The reasoning: The reverse fixture in Madrid resulted in a 1-1 draw. Spurs were gifted theirs thanks to an own goal, but it took a penalty by Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid to score. Both teams share top spot in the group, with the exact same GD stats of 7:2. Domestically, Spurs are in third place in the Premiership with GD stats of 19:7 from 10 games. They have only lost one home game and that was at the very start of the season to Chelsea---they seem more accustomed to Wembley now. Real Madrid are also in third place in La Liga with GD stats of 19:9, but they don’t look quite their usual imposing selves---not with two defeats to minnows. Spurs losing away to Man Utd is one thing. Real Madrid losing at home to Real Betis (and last weekend away to Girona) is quite another. But the GD stats all look so similar, that I’ll go for a repeat performance of a 1-1 draw.

Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid - 19:45pm

1X2 Draw
HT/FT Draw / Draw
UNDER/OVER Under
CORRECT SCORE 1-1

This is a very uncanny match both teams nearly perfect identities , both teams sit 3rd in their domestic leagues with 20 points after 10 league games played, both losing twice, with both teams scoring 19 goals in their 10 league games played. Now moving on to Group H in the Champions League both have played 3 group games each both beating Broussia and Apoel with the same scoreline, and met only just over a couple of weeks ago in this group ending in a 1-1 draw. There is no difference between these two sides , I am opting for another draw in this match tonight.

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League ~ (02' GAMES)
Napoli v Manchester City - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 3')

1X2 - Draw
HT/FT - Manchester City / Draw
Overs/Unders - Under
Correct Score - 1-1

This promises to be an entertaining encounter, both teams at the top of their game, we could be looking at the Premier League winners and the Serie A winners of this season. Both are playing top class football at present and this game should see why they are so prominent in their respective domestic leagues. Neither are suffering from anything much in the injury department and should be able to field a strong side to face each other here.
It's very close, very very close on form, and I find it impossible to split them in this game, The slightest edge is with City, they do not concede easily, and their defense is probably just that bit more resilent than their rivals. It could be a case of City taking the first half and Napoli finding the equalizer in the second, beyond that it may remain a draw or one of them could find that elusive winning goal. They are so closely matched I can't split them for this game.

.... And....

Wednesday 01st November - UEFA Champions League
Tottenham Hotspur v Real Madrid - 19:45pm - (BT Sport 2')

1X2 - Real Madrid
HT/FT - Draw / Real Madrid
Overs/Unders - Over
Correct Score - 1-2

In their group these two teams have it between them, and this game would see the winner straight into the knockout stages. Tottenham may have Kane back from injury, it's not 100% at time of writing but is highly possible. Real Madrid are falling apart at the seams recently, and were beaten at the weekend by Girona, whether that sort of performance was just a blimp or is a part of something bigger going on in the club, we can only watch and see. They will want to be better here this evening than they were at the weekend.
However saying all of that, one must think that Real Madrid are a team that can flick a switch and change everything just like that, and at this stage will be expected to up their game here and go get the job done. I think Real may just have enough to soak up the spurs attack and manage the win.

UEFA Champions League

Napoli v Manchester City

1x2..........Napoli
HT/FT ......Draw / Napoli
O/U.........Over
C S..........Napoli 2 Manchester City 1

City are in great form. After their opening day draw with Everton, they went on to win their next eleven matches in all comps before being held by Wolves in the Carabao cup whichthey won on penalties. They returned to winning ways with a 3-2 away win at Hawthorns against Baggies.
Napoli on the other hand are also in good form. They lost their first match of the season in the reverse leg of this fixture which they followed up with a goalless draw against Inter. Napoli, also lost in the comp away at Shakhtar and will need a win to keep their hopes alive. Their home form is good being unbeaten in their last 13 competitive matches. City's last two matches have shown they can be pegged and Napoli being strong at home, I do expect them to get a much needed win to keep their chances of progressing alive.
