Match date: 21.06.2017 at 19:00
On June 21 2017 at 19:00 in the second round game of the group stage of the 2017 UEFA Confederation Cup and the Fisht Arena in Sochi Mexico are playing against New Zealand.

Mexico came to the Confederation Cup with their main squad and they have been showing really good results in their latest games, in fact. Even though they are mostly successful at home, they still managed to show a really good result in the first round game of the current competition against Portugal as they avoided a loss playing against one of the favorites of the competition. We must also remind you that they were second to score twice in that match. Mexico conceded their second goal on the 86th minute and they still managed to draw due to a goal on the 91st minute.

As for New Zealand, they, in their turn, are considered to be one of the outsiders of the current Confederation Cup and they don’t even hope to make it to the play-offs of it. In the first round game they predictably let Russia lead and they spent most of the match in defense. Anyway, they lost 2:0 in the end.

The match on Wednesday will be the sixth one played between Mexico and New Zealand. The results of the previous games played between them show the absolute advantage of Mexico as they won all of those previous matches. It seems to us that the difference between the teams is obvious and the favorites are obvious too. Mexico are definitely going to win in the forthcoming match and the only question is how many goals they will manage to score.

Match date: 21.06.2017 at 16:00

On June 21 2017 at 16:00 in the upcoming regular game of the second round of the Confederation Cup at the Otkrytie Arena in Moscow the hosts of the competition Russia are playing against the winners of the Euros Portugal.

Russia have already started their way in the current Confederation Cup, in fact. They met the outsiders of the competition in the previous round New Zealand and they predictably won in that opening game. In fact, they have been dominating through the entire match and created a lot of chances. Anyway, Russia won with 2:0 score and it was a really good beginning for them.

As for Portugal, they came to the Confederation Cup with their best squad except the injured footballers and the ones who take part in the Euros U-21. The leader of the Portugal national team Crisitano Ronaldo is in wonderful conditions and is actually ready to prove it. In the first round game of the competition Portugal played against Mexico where they had an obvious advantage in possession and were the first to score and yet they drew 2:2 in the end.

The game on Wednesday will be the seventh match played between Russia and Portugal. The results of the previous games show a slight advantage of Portugal as they won three of the previous matches wile Russia won twice. As the members of great predictions website we must also remind you that last time they met was in November 2015 and Russia won that friendly match 1:0. Russia are the leaders of their group at the moment and yet the strong squad of the leaders of Europe will definitely cause a lot of problems to the hosts of the competition.
