I think the Colombians didn't have the maturity and experience to deal with the pressure of the stadium, of the game and they were simply overwhelmed and could not play their usual game. It was a shame to see them like that in what was a great chance for them.

I don't think anything else decided the game for them but their own poor play.

You could quite easily swap the word Colombians for Brazilians in that sentence too Ro. At least Colombia had the mitigating circumstances of being 1-0 down. Whereas compare Brazil's running around like headless chickens performance to the control and lack of exertions of the Germans when they went 1-0 up early against France. Yet all Brazil got from that mad method of play was a set-piece goal gifted to them and a 1 in 1,000 35yd free-kick going in.

A cruel irony for Neymar that if the ref had done his job and properly punished the first half brutality by Brazil on Rodriguez then the Colombian (Zuniga?) wouldn't have risked making that physical and nasty challenge.

in 2014 World cup, I bet on match which was held at Brazil. I made a bet on Columbia. Columbia lost the match as well as i lost the money.

Neymar cannot always be brilliant. It seems that Gonzalez needs more yellow cards :D . Also Fernandinho is fortunate enough to avoid a red card becuase with an identical challenge on Hernandez he concedes a foul.
