I've sent an email to SteveLiverpool.

Can I just take this opportunity t thank everyone for such a well run draft! It's not easy across the world I know, but it's worked really well and there has obviously been a lot of tactical thought gone into this years picks from a good number of you.

Once Steve has picked and concluded the draft there will be a full preview of the coming season and everyones draft picks etc (all being well!)

Thanks.

To be honest I could have spent all day looking at what's left and been none the wiser. Much easier for you to do it for me!

I'm quietly happy with the Browns defense. They have a few games on their schedule where that card could come into play

Having helped out from time to time when Chip needed it or was on holiday I can attest to the MAMMOTH task it is to run this comp, so I want everyone to join me in giving a huge slap on the back to Chip for this once again. Even the draft on its own requires a hell of an amount of time, let alone the off-season work and the week-to-week running of the matches.

If you haven't yet checked out the website, please do, and if you get a chance just take a look at the OFL spreadsheet Chip makes available. Even NFL.com has a hard job coming up with more in-depth stats, going back all the years of the comp and even includes stats from teams and franchises no longer with us!

Take a bow, Chip! :win: :win: :win:

Bless you all! Thanks. It makes it all worthwhile!

The website is tonight all up to date by the way. All your draft picks are up and all is about ready to go! :win:

I will make a view-only database available on DropBox for anyone who wants to dip in and out to have a look at from time to time! At the moment there is only JIM BROWN, JOHNO and STAMINA on it.

There is MUCH more on the database than you see on the website (including history of ALL matches played by teams, win/loss records, etc, etc - stacks of stuff) and anyone who wants to view it can do so, you just need to sign up to Dropbox (it costs nothing!) and i'll add you to the OFL users bit.

19 days to kick-off!

Now that the dust has settled on the 2017 OFL Draft, who's up for a bit of a discussion on what you, and others have?

Who now has the team you had really wanted?

Who else's draft do you think was a pretty good one?

Now we're done we don't have to hold our cards close to our chest. As for me, I liked mine and will admit I had hoped to get two Falcons offense picks, although happy to get one. I'd have LOVED the Patriots Defense, but would have had to take that in round one to get it I reckon.

I'm going to check out the others in the next few days

I wanted a better points defense than the Panthers I got, but I'll take them as I think they're mid-tier and couldn't really expect anything better for my 4th/5th picks. Delighted with Brees at QB, and very happy to get the man mountain that is Ajayi (I was torn between the Dolphins and Steelers), while I'm pretty happy with the Texans on sacks/ints despite their not great year last time. Watt will be a game changer in that and I don't think they have the offense to stay on the field so hopefully lots of chances with some poor time in possession figures. I don't mind the Bengals for points as they have all the tools to score and some decent enough games in which to put points up, though I would've preferred others (was hoping Tampa Bay would still be on the board) and think it was probably the best remaining option.

The Goldhawks had a stellar draft (reflected by their #1 ranking).
