Crazy stuff the past two nights as both the favourites fall. Can Another Kind of Blue get um, another chance with a wildcard?

Wayne Woodward the outright winner with Alexandr Magala beating out Shannon & Peter 3-1 in the judges vote.

Here's the line-up for the third semi-final...

Boogie Storm
Flying Bebop
Jack Higgins
Josh Curnow
Khronos Agoria
Morgan Connie Smith
Richard Jones
Vadik & The Bear
Zyrah Rose

I'm guessing Richard Jones will be made favourite followed by Boogie Storm, Josh Curnow and Zyrah Rose with oooh, Vadik & the Bear as a possible spoiler.

It can't be mostly singing acts in the final, can it!?

Yep.

http://www.digitalspy.com/tv/britains-g ... mi-finals/

Beau Dermott is probably an uneasy favourite ahead of Balance Unity to win the fourth semi-final with Danny Beard and Christian Lee as unlikely spoilers.

Richard Jones wins the third semi-final. Boogie Storm beat out Jack Higgins in a public vote (Simon and Amanda went for Boogie Storm but David and Alesha went for Jack Higgins).

Richard Jones a fairly big favourite to win it all now but will the gamble be landed this time around?

Beau Dermott wins the fourth semi-final rather unsurprisingly. Tumar KR was generally very well received (apart from a few bigots) but ultimately lost 4-0 to Balance on the judges vote.

A melee between the other young female singer, this year's dog act of choice and the other mother & child singing duo as to who qualifies from the fifth semi-final but Jasmine Elcock is probably the favourite to win it ahead of Trip Hazard and Lucy, and Ana & Fia Almanda.

In other news...Richard Jones may be in some trouble.

Beau Dermott may be the lucky recipient as she's his closest challenger in the odds right now.

Updated outright odds right now:

In other other news...David Walliams is an absolute 24 carat gold moron for betting on his Golden Buzzer act beating Simon Cowell's Golden Buzzer act.

Hmmm. Not that convinced Jasmine Elcock should be that much of a favourite but who knows?

Trip Hazard and Lucy has been backed a little. Any old dog act gets the GBP up, does it!? Craig Ball sits uneasily in third in the betting...if he ends up in the judges vote, I could easily see him getting to the final considering he'd be something a little different.

The possible plant Craig Ball (who was picked up by a talent agency to go on this) actually won the heat!? WOW!!

Jasmine Elcock faced off against Trip Hazard and Lucy. David picked the dog act and everybody else picked Jasmine.

Only ONE wildcard available and that will be given to one of the acts who lost out in the judges votes so one of...

* Kathleen Jenkins
* Shannon and Peter
* Jack Higgins
* Tumar KR
* Trip Hazard and Lucy

...will qualify if they win the public vote.

I'm more-or-less the only one willing to put up what the odds are on a regular basis so here you are...

TO WIN OUTRIGHT:

TO FINISH IN THE TOP THREE:
Image

bet365 have a couple of match bets with...

* Balance Unity 8/13 to place higher than Alex Magala 6/5
* Shannon & Peter 4/7 to place higher than Mel & Jamie 5/4

Could be a toss up. I think the favourites are rightfully the favourites.

Richard Jones has gone from 'sure thing' to 'no thing' at all in no time. I think the 'heat' on him for 'stealing' tricks has gotten to the producers.

I thought Beau Dermott couldn't go 'wire-to-wire' but there is a strong chance of it happening.

There's generally nothing more that a Simon Cowell produced TV show loves more than a male singer and Wayne Woodward could oddly be another one as he fits Simon's bland image perfectly. You can imagine a cheap and easy cash in as Wayne releases an album full of cheesy cover versions.

No idea what to make of Craig Ball and Boogie Storm being blue in a sea of red other than Beau and Wayne. I suppose Craig Ball could surprise and place in the top 3 to push out Richard Jones but I honestly don't know who Syco want to win...it looks like Beau Dermott but I'm not sure why her after the myriad of young female singers that have appeared over the years that they've gone for this one in particular. Beau's not going to sell any albums or am I not seeing her potential?

Hmmm. Skybet also have match bets up and have seen Beau Dermott's odds to finish in the top three into 2/7!

Those 'last longer' match-ups...

* Beau Dermott 2/9 vs 3/1 Jasmine Elcock
* Alex Magala 4/6 vs. 11/10 Balance Unity
* Wayne Woodward 4/9 vs. 13/8 Craig Ball
* Boogie Storm 8/11 vs. 'evens' Trip Hazard and Lucy
* Shannon and Peter 1/2 vs. 6/4 Mel and Jamie

Beau, Wayne, Boogie Storm and Shannon and Peter seem the most likely outcomes but I'm not so sure about Balance Unity beating Alex Magala now.

(CUE: The dog act winning yet again)

The odds on Richard Jones comes steaming in as Beau Dermott and Richard Jones kind of swap places with Wayne Woodward the marginal favourite now.

If Richard Jones wins, it'd be the second year in a row that there'd be a 'controversial' winner!
