Last year's winner wasn't just one dog as it was a whole bunch of dogs. Richard Jones has been accused of stealing other magicians' tricks.

Boogie Storm into 6/1.

No, magicians are like comedians...nobody wants to be the 'Keith Chegwin of magic'.

The finishing order ...

1. Richard Jones
2. Wayne Woodward
3. Boogie Storm
4. Jasmine Elcock
5. Beau Dermott
6. Craig Ball
7. Trip Hazard & Lucy
8. 100 Voices of Gospel
9. Alex Magala
10. Balance Unity
11. Shannon and Peter
12. Mel & Jamie

I should've known the GBP would have been a bit odd in voting for Boogie Storm. The magician wins. Whoop-de-do.

I can't understand what happened in the last 48 hours for Richard Jones to have been such a huge price and who the heck was backing Beau Dermott.

The reason for the drift was in all likelihood that the running order was leaked. The stats in the past have strongly favoured acts in the last few slots.
The percentage votes have been made available and Richard only polled c17% so certainly not a landslide winner. However, he did well to win from so early in the running order with what I thought was a very low key performance but maximising the history of Britain and Armed Forces angles.
For me, it was largely because of the lack of star quality in the opposition.

Thanks Stereoman for regularly posting the odds and keeping the conversation running through the shows.
