God almighty how anyone can watch an half an hour of eastenders is beyond me,dreadful stuff. As usual xmas day tele seems to be very poor.If Mrs Brown's boy's is the best the tele can offer then i'll be watching as little tele.Good luck if you decide to bet on this :)

I couldn't be bothered opening a new thread. Don't see any harm myself.

'EastEnders' and 'Downton Abbey' ate into each other's audience last year but some switched over for 'Mrs Brown's Boys'...which seems a bit strange.

'EastEnders' superficially is a 'value bet' considering how close it was last year but 'weight of money' suggests not.

Any odds movements between now and midnight will be interesting. If the money comes steaming in for 'EastEnders' then there'll be a darn good reason as to why.

Amazingly it was the combined ratings for 'The Queen's Speech' for the second year running so if you bet with bet365 and Ladbrokes you should have had a 25/1 winner.

If your bookie split 'TQS' as BBC1 and ITV then 'Downton Abbey' was the narrowest of winners, giving ITV their first 'win' since Gawd knows when.

A lot of fingers burnt betting on 'Mrs Brown's Boys' from 2/1 into 4/7 and less. :unlucky:
