looking at the weekends games.
1.SAINTS AWAY TO HULL
2.SALFORD AWAY TO LES CATS
1. SAINTS -6
SURELY SAINTS WILL OVERCOME THIS? HULL WERE TERRIBLE LAST WEEK. SAINTS ARE UNBEATEN AND ALTHO THEYVE STUTTERED, LONG IS BACK NOW AND THEY USUALLY DO ENOUGH TO WIN
2. SALFORD -4
YES LES CATS WON LAST WEEK. BUT SALFORD ARE ON FIRE, LOOK REALLY REALLY GOOD AND EITHOUT S JONES LES CATS LOOK VERY POOR. EVEN WITH HIM, THEY ARE A POOR SIDE IN MY OPINION.
COULD ANYONE ADVISE ME ON THESE BEFORE I BLOW MY BUDGET ON ANYOF THESE
IM LOOKING AT LARGE SINGLE ON SAINTS WIN 1.4
SMALL ON SAINTS -6
MEDIUM ON SALFORD -4
THAN KS, PAUL
I`m not betting on Saints/Hull this week.
My heart says a Saints win and covering the -6.
But we have not won there in the last 4 encounters.
Wellens and Fozzard out and Gillmore rested.
We should win but you never know at hull.
As for Salford -4 I agree they should cover the start.
Saints v Hull - seriously a no go area, Saints are the faves but we always play poor at Hull.
Bradford V Wigan - taking Bradford (-20 on the handicap) to win, Wigan are in freefall and Bradford are dominent at home.
Salford V LEs Cats - The french are on form having won at warrington last week and current coach mick potter can win against SL sides without Stacey Jones. Salford need to be brought back down to earth soon and a trip to france could be what brings them down.
Given the poor recent record the Saints have at the KC, I think they'll be happy enough to take the win.
Fot that reason, I'm going to take Hull +8 at 11/10. (Bet Direct)
For the record, I can't seem to put them in a double with Halifax +12. I know BD have a minimum trebles on NR Cup games, but they're letting me have the single on the live Super League game. But not to double it up with Halifax. No logic as far as I can see.
Catalans V Salford
I touched on this match briefly last night, Salford need to be brought back down to earth and a trip to France could just do that, Catalans under new coach Mick Potter are 1/1 with an excellent fightback at Warrington last weekend. The Cats have the confidence now without Stacey Jones as young Michael Dobson is filling that gap. The french crowd would love to see a second home win of the season and I think it could come tonight, but it's gonna be close because Salford are on their best form for a number of years.
TOP TIP - Catalan with a +4 head start @ Evs - bet365
Harlequins V Leeds
The last thing you want when you conceded 64 last week is to play Leeds, sadly for Harlequins thats happened, added to this the home side may have up to 9 first teamers out and its not looking good. Leeds however are at full strength. Its gonna be free flowing stuff from the visitors tonight and the handicap at 20 wont be enough for the home side.
TOP TIPS - Leeds (-20) @ 4/5 - bet365
SCOTT DONALD (LEEDS) 1ST TRY 11/1 @bet365
who do i follow? its a weird one, bit like glory hunting but i just enjoy watching leeds, saints and bradford especially.
when i was 14, i had trials at bradford and its just sorta left me with a major soft spot for them.
i also like wigan as at my junior club,we used to get free tickets to watch them.
if i had t pick one, i always want bradford to win
could i be suckered again, by this i mean leeds vs quins. always had a thing of betting on the live ganes, much more excitement and enjoyment for me.
leeds vs quins
weather not too bad from what i hear so that will help the fast flowing leeds attacks. leeds look very strong and quins look very poor. quins have 9 1st teamers out.
salford les cats
i briefed o n this last night, still got the hunch that salford will win this. les cats did look good last week, but thats just one game. i could well be wrong but i hope not
BET 1 salford win (not too happy that b365 have now widened hand to -6) and leeds -22
bet 2, leeds -22
saints and leeds tip were 100% spot on.
salford, how spooky is this, on fri i tipped to beat the -4 handicap which they did.
on sat when i went to bet , it was -6 so i left it, and they won by 6 exactly, seems like i tipped spot on
the word fluke springs to mind
