Postby Dark Hat » Wed Feb 26, 2014 10:41 am

Hi guys

Only just getting used to navigating my way around the site :(

Dominic Dale on his day will give any one a run and I'm giving the space man a chance against Selby in today's match.

6-4 to win :hope:

Murphy is 1 down to Wenbo and is out tom 4-5, I'v had some.

These prices are not for everyone, however, it's a 2 horse race and 4-5 is quite a nice price for a fav

Great match just finished between Trump and Higgins with the Scot just scraping through 4-3.

Sets up a very interesting clash with Ronnie O'Sullivan who appears to be at the top of his game.

Ronnie looks sure to be a short price for their Quarter Final match but I've always thought he struggles to beat Higgins and their head to head record seems to bear that out.

The info I have going back to 1994 shows Higgins with 20-15 lead in their head to heads but more surprising is that the Scot has won all of their last six matches. You have to go back to the Shanghai Masters in 2009 for the last time O'Sullivan beat Higgins.

Apparently Higgins has been struggling with nerves this season but he looked pretty good against Trump so it will be interesting to see how the bookies price this game up.

O'Sullivan is 5/4 to win the tournament outright and Higgins is 13/2 so you would expect Ronnie to be a very short favourite in their match.

Anyone want to have a guess at how the bookies will price up this match?

I think even money on over 7.5 frames is great value in the O Sullivan/Higgins game.

Higgins has really upped his form recently and looks like returning to his former self. Whilst theres no doubting Ronnies form but i feel this is a game where both players will win frames and i cant see a player winning 5-2, so the overs looks a great bet.

there isnt a player on the circuit that will give ronnie a good match at the moment. Unplayable and unstoppable!
