What IS the 3 way goal handicap? Can you post an example?

Do you mean this?

Man Utd -1
Draw
Boro +1

If so,

Man Utd -1 = United must win by 2 clear goals, otherwise the bet loses.

Draw = The bets wins ONLY if Man Utd win by one goal

Boro +1 = If Boro win or draw, the bet wins

Nearly right.

EX. Fulham @ Liverpool

Liverpool -1 (1.80)
Draw -1 (3.75)
Fulham +1 (3.40)

As you can see the draw also has a handicap, so I was wanting to know how that works.

Edit > Just re-read your solution and it does make sense, Thanks.

The example is correct. The draw/draw-1 just means the favourite (the team with the -1 handicap) to win by a signle goal.

Entity - I wouldn't bother with the 3 way handicaps as the prices are less competitive than the 2 way Asian Handicap prices so the bookies have the luxury of a higher built-in profit margin. Those prices shown above have a 11% bookie profit margin whereas with AH prices you can get much closer to 1% by shopping around. The higher the margin the less you win long-term.

Its psychological, the bookies give higher prices for the 3 way handicaps so people think they are getting better value, but long-term they are screwing you even more than normal :x

Yeah i know it all makes sense, my dilemma is that there is no betting place i have found that supports the Asian Handicap for South Africa, which is where i am based. I have just found the 3way so ya it sucks

Entity - best thing you can ever do as a punter is learn what else is out there other than just what you are served up locally. International competition forces bookies to offer more markets, more games, tighter margins etc.

Why take 2.1 at home when you can get 2.3 abroad etc...
