PGA Tipping Competition - Who Will Win The Cash?

Postby nors » Tue Jul 30, 2013 2:28 pm

The 2013 PGA starts on Thursday 8th August at Oak Hill Country Club, Rochester, New York and is the last Major of the season.

We are delighted again to offer OLBG members a £200 tipping competition for the tournament with the normal rules.

There is £50 for the winner and £50 for the runner up, + four prizes of £25 for the 3/4/5/6 positions.

There will be plenty of tipping markets available which can include, Outright winner, First Round Leader, Top USA, Top European, Top GB and Ire, Four Group Bets (i.e. Group A, B, C, D), A number of match bets, etc.

ENTRY:
You do not have to enter this seperately. If you are a member of OLBG then you just need to add tips (with reasoned, well spelled comments) on the PGA. The competition is free to enter. You must have 5 or more settled tips on this event to qualify. If you have less than 5 tips you will not be able to win a prize. You must make an overall level stakes profit on your tips on this event. Level stakes profit is the profit based on 1 unit stakes (or 0.5 EW). An overall loss or lsp of exactly 0 does not qualify you for a prize.

COMMENTS:
Only tips with comments of 30 words or more are counted. Only tips on the PGA are included. Tips without tip comments are excluded You must add good comments as to why you are tipping each player when the tip is placed. No comments added or comments added later and winning tips wont count. Poor comments, or short comments and winning tips wont count. We just need a few good reasons as to why you are choosing the selection. 30 + words is required for each selection. Also no copy and pasting of comments - you will need different comments for each tip! And no copying from other members or sites. Please make the comments clear for the reader.

What we want here is for people to share their key insights about the PGA, the bets they they are tipping and why they think they are a good bet. Then people wanting to look at a player can read through lots of facts and opinions about each player. At the end of the competition the comments will be analysed and if OLBG deem them not to be of good enough quality then you will not win a prize so please strive for the highest quality.

FEATURES OF A GOOD TIP COMMENT:

- Facts And Stats Relevant To Match/Tournament Outcome

- Value Odds

- Course and Weather Conditions

- Player Form and News
