Spencer for Simcock and Kellaway at Leicester today looks interesting.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 01:48
All the Answers 3.25 Galway ticks all the boxes for me, 3rd to Penhill last time out, Penhill has won since, looks to have been given a decent mark for his handicap debut

With the view of \one trick jockey\ KING SIMBA could be the answer to the opener at Huntingdon with David Bass riding for his retainer Kim Bailey who comes here with one runner. The More team with CIVIL WAR could be worth a look with Jamie only ride hopefully King Samba can produce another c/d win.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 02:05
Lightscameraaction was pulled out of a race previously - which can be a Kellaway action i have noted.
Your one trick jockey blog is very helpful mom
Oct 11th, 2016 at 02:08
Those two were never a threat and eventually pulled up.I like to think we have a blog that can be helpful nors but what I have notice so far they hitting out on more losers than winners and if laying then you be pleased.

Brian Ellison and Ben Curtis team up with their only ride and raider in the 2.20 Mussel and may of the potential of getting a good run out of ASHURST BEACON whose last run was at the Curragh in a sales race like COMPUTABLE who went to York. Connections of ASHURST BEACON must think something of this one to send him across the water to Ireland to race with them coming north now for a race of this nature could be resulting in a positive display and at 7/1 could be an outstanding price to figure with.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 02:35
This race coming up at Leicester, a seller which I am not getting involved with, is their a family connection with Jamie Spencer and Richard Spencer with REBEL LIGHTNING?
Oct 11th, 2016 at 02:42
You always need to be selective mom and do the study but its a good starting point. I wouldnt have a bet without considering the jockey and trainer so when these indicate that the horse has a chance then you can undertake further study.

CANNY STYLE to be given a canny ride by Kevin Stott who is here for the one ride for Kevin Ryan.Won two races on the trot and the step up in trip could be justified as he has been finishing his races off over shorter well.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 03:08
The one trick jockey along with studying of form paid of with Canny Style at 6/1 NAP of the day too.Staying at Musselburgh a sprint coming up in the 3.20 DUKE OF FIRENZE could be of interest with him running a very good race in defeat over in France in a group one with what I have seen so far of racing from Musselburgh front runners are being picked up and this one can possibly do the same with him being delivered with a well timed challenge.

Just backed Trade Marked for a place at Galway. Held up right at the back never put in to race at any stage and still finished 4th! No wonder old punters like myself get disenchanted with the game with stables and their jockeys pulling stunts like that.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 03:44
I really fancy Opt Out 4:55 Musselburgh and Al Nasser Alwashik 5:50 Leicester big time, but I might just call it a day after that charade at Galway!
Oct 11th, 2016 at 03:53
Is Sir Mark doing what he use to do with George Duffield, now with Luke Morris come here with one runner and collect, as STATUS QUO could be crying out for a trip, as he has been running on over shorter.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 04:34
Sean Quinlan in the lucky last at Huntingdon on the bottom weight INCH ROVER may surprise at 8/1, this one has had three runs now after a long lay off, may prove a lot fitter today, Sean only ride.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 04:52
Leysh1984, so do I with OPT OUT and I think we could see a better performance from THORNABY NASH, the pace of this race should be good, if so these two may be finishing the better than most.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 05:00
Leysh1984. well done, everything was in place for a big run, where pace was good, Philip Makin had him in a great position throughout, 4/1 nice price too.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 05:06
I cannot think what connections are doing with HENRY THE EXPLORER, they have raced him Listed company twice and last time out at Epsom back into a maiden, now back into a class five, in which he has shown some good form in the past with this class. Silvestre De Sousa in the plate and he may get that bit extra out of him for a his first win, as this race does not look the strongest on paper.

Thank you very much for this guys it is appreciated

My blog with three two year olds to follow https://www.olbg.com/blogs/create.php?id411568. Century Dream is in the first at Nottingham and with the step up in trip to a mile could be worthy of a big run. Robert Havlin rode John Gosden horse at Haydock CROWNED EAGLE and is the favourite for this race and Robert should know how he stands with this one hopefully with Simon Crisford coming here might be with the view of being capable of beating this one with Frankie Dettori on board.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 07:01
Well done Leysh top tipping hope you didnt give up after Galway debacle.

Hi folksAny ideas as to when the Horse Racing discussion forum will be up and running again? All the best. Rob.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 08:33
Really do not know Rob, have not heard anything, the forum pages must be getting well and truly cleaned up, as their was so much threads, that many were not required. I would like to see a discussion page and selection page like days gone by, times change.

Concerning one ride jockeys Martin Dwyer comes in for a ride in the next at Wolves on MOI AUSSIE, whose price has been bouncing around and now stands at 13/2 and in the lucky last Stevie Donohoe rides the top weight HOOKS LANE into 8/1 from 10/1.
Oct 11th, 2016 at 08:47
Thanks meoldmate and good luck with MOI AUSSIE.

smart ruler 210 Carlisle is with out a doubt well handicapped if it puts its best foot forward this last won back in 2014 when winning a class 2 easy when rated 120 rated 108 today the last time it was around this mark was back in 2013 when winning off 107 smart ruler ran a fair third two races back finishing in front of Kashmir peak a 130+ rated and stable mate captain brown who won a class 3 easy enough last time out on 118 every thing looks fine for smart ruler today back into a class 4 on this mark plus a 10lb claim must hold a strong claim

one at a decent price I am willing to chance is Lutine Charlie 230 brighton 33/1 the weight this carries compared to its handicap mark seems out of sink and this has run some decent races this year over this c/d it gets the cheek pieces back on today three of the eight wins this has have been with this head gear and four of its eight wins have been around this time of the year back to why I think weight and mark are out of sink back in april this was unlucky over c/d should of won I feel but hit problems late on it was rated 51 carried 9-3 finished 3rd lutine Charlie ran 2nd over c/d in july when rated 49 carried 9-6 was not beat far it also ran 4th over c/d in august beat 3lths rated 51 carried 9-4 today its rated 50 carries 8-11 and reunited with l morris for the first time in not far of 3 years he has never won on it but has a 23% place strike rate and the horse has a 24% place strike rate around here so on the whole it gets my e/w money

Donald Mccain has sent a full attack squad to Carlisle today. As I had no really strong convictions about many races today and I like what he tends to do with Irish newcomers Ive just done a small multiple with the following horses. The Herds Garden - 3:15 Carlisle Fit For Fifty - 3:50 CarlisleDerintoher Yank - 2:40 Carlisle Kilronan Castle - 4:25 Carlisle

Takeing its time!!

Kempton - 1st race - you have to hope Lord Huntingdon settles better than last time debut as he pulled hard and wasnt fluent but still won easily. Masters on would be the one most likely to take advantage as Cliffs of Dover is double penalised albeit turned out very quickly.
