I have always loved this site and provided selections but i used to use the tipster competition as a bit fun. But not anymore. Over the last few months i have really started to use the OLBG tipster competition seriously. The aim of my tips is to make a steady profit. Most my selections will be from the 1X2 market as this is my main betting field. This is not to say i won't bet on other markets as i will, but lesser to my 1X2 picks.

Saturdays Football Statistics, Thoughts & Selections Welcome! Some of you may remember me from back in 2009/2010 during my main football days on OLBG whereas others will likely have no idea who I am if only joining the site in recent years. I have 30 football selections here for Saturday. I tend to approach my selection process by highlighting teams I believe will win. I then look for value selections within these teams …

Only 13 games in this Blog. I have got 31 written down and ready for selection but time is of the essence as always. So here are my selections for English, French and the German Premier Division. I will try to have as many of the other 18 completed as possible by Thursday if I can. These consist of the other European Countries. Anyway, should be a good blend here. …

Apologies if the odds have changed, but I placed these selections on Wednesday night to avoid losing any further value on the prices available. Club Brugge vs Mechelen As usual with a lot of my selections this is probably not a team that screams out to punters. Initially priced up @ 1.75 on Monday this was going to be my NAP of the weekend. But since then the odds have crumbled and …

X Factor - Week 9 Preview & Betting Advice

What a fantastic result last week. As predicted the obvious did happen following the “shock” exit of the pre live show favourite, Ella Henderson. As we saw Union J and Rylan Clark make up the Bottom Two Combo. As stated in last weeks Blog I went for another trade following some success the week before and Paddypowers early price of 15/8 did the job. As stated, I did lay the …

After a few years away from providing Tips on most European Football I have gone back to basics. The important thing when selecting Teams that are odds on is your success rate. While bigger odds may sometimes seem the right way to go, I can say from experience that this is definitely not always the case. Another important factor is to avoid those odds on teams who do not warrant …

I will get my formatting sorted out people, so it will be more user friendly very soon. So Week 7 saw a Huge Shock happen with show favourites Ella Henderson and James Arthur in to the Bottom Two. Ella was sent packing with the help of a mental UK public who feel obliged to spend hard earnings on keeping Christopher Maloney and Rylan Clark in this years competition. I saw masses …

X Factor - Week 7 Preview

This is the Week 7 Update as we move in to next weeks X Factor Theme, Guilty Pleasures. So, as we only have 6 remaining contestants, we succumb to the business end of the show. And the time has finally arrived for me to take a serious look at which Act, or possibly Acts are in the running to win this years show. The current odds offered by bookies are: Jahmene Douglas …

X-Factors Losing The Viewers But The Punters Still Rake In The Profits

Nov 7th, 2012 at 14:38 Specials 0 comments

The struggles for Simon Cowell and the X-Factor Producers continued yet again last weekend with the Saturday Night show pulling in an average of just 7.6 Million Viewers. He will be left stratching his head at how 30% of last years audience appear to have just switched off. Maybe the show has run its course. Or maybe viewers have only just realised the manipulation used. They must be the slowest …
