My main betting focus is golf and trying to pick the winner each week. My blog now tracks my results and to date has been far more successful that thought. I started betting on the golf when I as part of a little business idea I had I thought a golf betting blog would be fun so started tracking my tips & putting them on here to see how it went. A good start with an 80-1 & 55-1 winner in the first two weeks, although that was using the housewife's National selection method, they had nice names. Slowly honing my technique to more recognised techniques, course form, current form etc. After a few months I was doing quite well so started to put my hard earned cash down. I play a little myself, but off a 40 handicap, yes I know the limit is 28 but 40 sums up how over par I am. However I am hoping to get that down to below 20 this year. I do also bet on the horses, but that is generally only following tips on here. As most people looking for those profitable tipsters & systems. Have dabbled in the occasional football bets bet not regularly. Despite being just 5ft 7 (on a good day) I play in goal for Sinjuns Grammarians (4th XI!!) every saturday in the Amateur Football Combination, the largest amateur league in Europe. My keeping style is probably a bit like David James can be brilliant but prone to the odd very stupid mistake. My first betting experiences were on the National in the 80's, Grittar I think was one of the first horses I backed. As an accountant I guess I'm used to dealing with numbers and that is why I enjoy the betting side of sport as well as playing & watching. Enjoy & happy tipping Jimmy
