The standout piece of form in his profile came when trained in Ireland. At Dundalk he finished 3rd of 14 in a maiden over 1M2½F, beaten only 2L by Edward Hamilton. That form now looks strong, with Edward Hamilton subsequently finishing second to Minnie Hauk and now rated 108. This second run after the layoff should see him fitter and sharper. He has also dropped 3 lb to a mark of 80 and, crucially, drops in grade into a Class 4 handicap 0-80 company. With improvement expected from the stable debut and easier opposition here, Hamadhan looks capable of going close.
