Jordans has some excellent form over fences last season, winning at Punchestown in October last year, then finishing 5th in a handicap at the Cheltenham Festival and runner-up in the Grade 1 Mildmay Novices' Chase at Aintree. He returns to hurdles for the first time since leaving France, where he won on debut. Although this is obviously a preparation for bigger targets over fences, he looks like a good each-way bet with five places on offer.

Is double the odds of his stablemate San Hilario, but Jack Kennedy's choice of mounts and hint should be heeded. Jordan looks well in on his chasing mark but may find it difficult to win with his welter burden.

I A Connect ran well last time at Navan when tiring late on into 3rd place in a two-mile five-furlong handicap hurdle on heavy ground. Less testing conditions should suit him better.

Ms Agartha Yeats returns from a layoff, but this lightly raced mare has shown she can run well fresh. She has won a maiden and a mares' hurdle, and has also been placed in a couple of handicap hurdles. She will need to be fully tuned up to figure, but given her odds, she looks worth an each-way punt.

Has a great chance to shock here and get in the frame. Won over course and distance already, and the ground is a plus for this too.

This horse is likely to appreciate this increase in distance today, and the addition of this jockey, who gets his share of good results, looks a smart move. From a top Irish yard and should be able to challenge to win this.

I like this one EW for 5 places. Dropped 5 lb from last time, and connections are putting up a 5 lb claimer, meaning he has 10 lb less than last time. Last time he was pulled up after being badly hampered early on and never in a position to challenge.

Returns to obstacles after a very good fourth place on the flat and could be dangerous if replicating that performance now a pound lighter than in the last win.
