Brentford v Tottenham Tips

I'm honestly not sure what to make of both of these with spurs surviving the drop by the skin of their teeth and you would think they should do better but I do know Brentford have been so good at home now for a few seasons and will be tough to beat so they can win narrowly

Following a change of manager, Tottenham began to find some form at the end of last season and eventually finished one place above the relegation zone. Their last two visits to Brentford saw them collect four points. The manager has now had plenty of time to work with the players, so I expect Spurs to make a winning start to the new season.

A very difficult game to predict. Spurs are 40/1 and Brentford are 500/1 to win the Prem, but the first game of the season, a London derby under the floodlights, all add up to a tough game to call. Draw looks as good as any.

The last game between these two at the Gtech had no goals at all, and it was pretty tight from start to finish. Spurs have also had a couple of low scoring games recently, so I'm not expecting this to suddenly turn high scoring. Brentford can make games competitive at home and I think that happens again here.
