Customer services hopeless
I have been trying to get through to the live chat over the last couple of days. Not only do they have the longest queues of any major bookie their customer services people don't really know how to answer any of your questions. I have only recently opened an account with them and after this experience will be closing it shortly. I have 9 or 10 other accounts and nothing is anywhere near as bad as I have experienced in the last couple of days.

Main reason i use William Hill is for the meeting aggregate distance and favourite markets, these usually top other book makers. They have a sound set of special markets and most sports are covered. Few things I don't like are on the main horse racing page it gives you the next 3 races yet this includes foreign races such as Arlington, i'd much prefer to have a UK only option as its sometimes hard to keep track. The football markets are generally good better in play options would be better but all in all a solid sound bookmaker.
