"Winners in 4 of the last 6 seasons Leicester have also finished 2nd and 4th. There is no Lions or RWC to disrupt their early season form this year and with Saracens and Quins now providing a large chunk of the England team there will be less disruption for Leicester during the season. They finished 2nd last year despite their sole victory over relegated Newcastle in their first 6 games. They lost just once from late November to the end of the season including wins at both Quins and Sarries and with the squad looking even stronger this year I just can't see a way they won't top the table "
"This tournament has been won more often than not by the better players with the dominanace of Davis and Hendry followed by multiple wins for Williams, Higgins and O Sullivan. There have been the odd wins from others but only Graeme Dott will have been a surprise. For that I am taking out over 3/4 of the field and sticking with the top few. I don't think O Sullivan can win it and will be taking him on. Selby is steady and can play consistently but just doesn't take matches by the scruff of the neck for me which shows with just 1 final appearance here. Robertson has won it but had a great deal of fortune with the draw and for me I have this between Higgins and Trump who appear to have the better half. Those dangers outside the top 16 that have qualified all appear to be in the bottom half and I think the youth of Trump will outplay these older heads that reamin in the top half. "
