"Early tip seen as how we are still in the throes of the 2012/13 season but Chelsea have the makings of very decent squad next season. With the prospect of Mourinho at the helm and Sir Alex leaving Old Trafford, I think Chelsea are going to be well placed to have a proper run at the title. Their squad is still right up there with the best in the country and they should finish top 3 this season (no side has ever won the PL title having finished below 3rd the previous season). Despite a decent points haul this season I think Man U have been punching above their weight and with the likely departures of some of their old guard I think they'll struggle in Moyes first season to find an identity. City will be there or there abouts but my tip is the returning Mourinho will get his hands on more silverware. "
