"Rigadin de Beauchene has been in superb form all season and if you strike a line under his last run which was over a much shorter trip than usual then he would be near the top of the betting. The further Rigadin goes the better and he has a nice low weight which suits the trends very well. Giving a clear run he will be there come the end of the race "

"I strongly fancied Sydney Paget LTO as he looked extremely well handicapped but the much shorter trip proved too much for him. He runs off the same mark today back up to his optimum trip. He has won at Ayr before and given how much i fancied his chances last time out i will be keeping faith again that he is very well handicapped at a much bigger price this time. "
