Next WBA Manager Betting Odds Have Alan Irvine And Derek McInnes As Favourites
Tuesday 16 June 2009 at 15:20
The bookies are finding it difficult to separate the favourites in the Next West Brom Manager betting odds and there are three names that are being strongly linked with the job which is likely be left vacant by Tony Mowbray who is sorting out his move to Celtic.
Managers Fighting Over Favouritism
Preston Manager Alan Irvine and St Johnstone Manager Derek McInnes can both be backed at 5/2, the former is that price with VC Bet and Ladbrokes and the latter is 5/2 with SkyBet. Both have always been amongst the favourites for this job and both look as though they would do a good job. Preston might be able to put up a bigger fight to keep their manager and that is worth bearing in mind.
Aidy Boothroyd The Best Bet
Aidy Boothroyd has been cut for the job and can currently be backed at 10/3 with VC Bet. SkyBet make him 5/2 joint second favourite, just a quarter of a point behind their favourite. Boothroyd is out of work and lives in the Midlands so he should be very interested in the job and he is the easiest appointment. Best bet material and 10/3 with VC Bet is a great price.
