 The latest Golden Globes 2010 Betting Odds suggest that Up In The Air is going to clean up, it is either favourite or second favourite in pretty much every category it has been nominated.
Two High Profile Categories That Up In The Air Should Win
Up In The Air is more likely to win Best Picture at the Golden Globes than any other award, the film is just 8/11 with Bet365, SkyBet and Ladbrokes. It must beat second favourite Avatar, which has been very well backed from an initial 9/1 into a best price of 3/1 with Stan James and William Hill. George Clooney is favourite in the Best Actor category for his role in Up In The Air and he should make it two for the film, he is rated at 11/10 with Bet365 and Ladbrokes, ahead of Jeff Bridges who is 7/4 with Betfred for his role in Crazy Heart.
Up In The Air In Line For Even More Glory
Up In The Air could also pick up a Golden Globe for Best Director but Jason Reitman isn't favourite in that market, Kathryn Bigelow is the favourite for The Hurt Locker and she can be backed at evens with Bet365 and Stan James. Jason Reitman is second favourite though to make it three Golden Globes, he can be backed at 7/2 with Bet365 to win Best Director for Up In The Air.
