UK General Election 2010 Betting Odds See Money Pour In For Labour Today
Wednesday 05 May 2010 at 12:21
Labour are being backed with most bookies in the UK General Election 2010 Betting Odds suggesting there could be a late swing in Labour's favour ahead of the polling stations opening on Thursday.
Labour Being Supported At The Last Minute
Labour are starting to get towards the price they were last week in the UK General Election Betting Odds. Before the final General Election Debate last week Labour were a best price of 5/1 to win the UK General Election but after the debate Labour drifted out to 9/1 with Totesport. You can still get 9/1 with Totesport but that seems likely to be snapped up soon as most bookies have shortened Labour today, they are now as short as 5/1 with one bookie.
Conservatives Still Hot Favourites But Drifting Slightly
The Conservatives remain the red hot favourites to win the UK General Election but they have drifted slightly in response to the late gamble on Labour. The Conservatives are now a best price of 1/12 with VC Bet and William Hill and that shows that they are pretty much certainties. The Lib Dems are also drifting, after the first live debate they were backed from 200/1 into single figure odds with William Hill but they have since drifted markedly and are now a best price of 50/1 with Bet365, who offer up to £200 in free bets to new customers. They are again looking like also rans. For more UK General Election Betting Odds click on any of the bookie links above.
