Thursday 22 July 2010 at 11:29
You can already bet on who will be killed in Coronation Street's 50th anniversary show later in the year, it is believed that a tram crash will wipe out several prominent members of Coronation Street.
Jack Duckworth and Molly Hobbs Most Likely To Be Killed Off
On December 9th Coronation will celebrate its 50th anniversary with it's biggest storyline yet and Betfred will be betting on who comes off worse from the tram disaster. It looks to be bad news for Jack Duckworth and Molly Hobbs, who are the only two characters to be odds on to perish in the tram crash, they can be backed at 4/5 with Betfred currently. Things don't look too rosy for Trevor Dean either, he is an even money chance with Betfred whilst it looks as though several characters are going to be killed off as Ashley and Clare Peacock as well as Rita Sullivan are all 11/10 chances with Betfred to be killed off in the disaster.
Clues About Who Will Die And Who Will Survive
According to Betfred rules, they will be paying out on all characters who die within seven days of the disaster, the least likely to be killed off at the moment include Peter Barlow, Kirk Sutherland, Gary Windass and Steve McDonald, all of whom are 10/1 with Betfred to die as a result of the tram crash. Some of the other characters who look likely to be involved in the crash but might still survive include Tina McIntyre who is 5/4 with Betfred to perish, as well as Dev Alahan and Norris Cole who are both available at 7/4 with Betfred.
