Who Will Win The Premiership Betting Odds Put Chelsea Ahead Of Man Utd And Man City
Friday 23 July 2010 at 13:09
Chelsea are the favourites in the Premiership 10/11 Betting Odds ahead of rivals Man Utd and Man City in what could be the most interesting and open Premiership season ever.
Chelsea Expected To Confirm Form With Man Utd
Chelsea, the current Premiership champions, are the current favourites in the Premiership Outright Betting Odds ahead of last years runners up Man Utd and it looks as though it will be between the two teams again, Chelsea are currently 13/8 with Paddy Power, Ladbrokes and William Hill whilst Man Utd are available at 11/4 with VC Bet. Neither side has made any big signings this summer so far so Chelsea could just edge it once again and look worth a bet at 13/8 with Paddy Power, Ladbrokes or William Hill.
Man City Look Very Short And They May Need One More Season
Man City are an extremely short price based on last season's fifth place, they can currently be backed at 5/1 with Bet365 and SkyBet to win the Premiership. They have of course spent a lot of money again this summer on the likes of David Silva, Jerome Boateng and Yaya Toure but these players are going to take time to adapt and they could even struggle to finish ahead of Spurs this season, Spurs are currently 40/1 with Boylesports and Coral to win the league and although that is extremely unlikely, they offer better value than City. Arsenal are as big as 7/1 with SkyBet and Paddy Power because of City's short odds whilst Liverpool fans will be keen to back their team at 16/1 with Betfred.
