Next Wales Manager Odds See Money For Brian Flynn And Chris Coleman
Wednesday 08 September 2010 at 09:49
The latest Next Wales Manager Betting Odds have seen plenty of money for Brian Flynn and Chris Coleman, who are now the favourites in the Next Wales Manager Odds to replace the likely departing John Toshack.
Brian Flynn And Chris Coleman Drawing Clear Of Rivals
Brian Flynn is just about edging favouritism in the Next Wales Manager Odds but he and fellow strong fancy Chris Coleman seem to be pretty much the only names the WFA are considering for the job. Both managers have been well backed and it is Brian Flynn who is currently the favourite, he can be backed at a best price of 3/1 with Paddy Power, Ladbrokes and William Hill but it is worth noting that he is as short as 5/4 with VC Bet. It is VC Bet who therefore offer the best odds on Chris Coleman, Ladbrokes are shortest on the former Fulham and Coventry manager, they are offering just 7/4 and they make him the favourite. Brian Flynn may have the edge as he is already involved in the youth set up with Wales but Coleman would perhaps be the better choice.
Ryan Giggs And Dean Saunders Also Under Consideration
There is a long gap back to the next best contender in the Next Wales Manager Betting Odds, Ryan Giggs is the third favourite but he is as big as 12/1 with VC Bet and Ladbrokes. Giggs was a popular name after Toshack announced he would be willing to step down but Giggs' playing commitments are likely to get in the way. Dean Saunders has also been touted as a possible Next Wales Manager, he is slightly bigger than Giggs at 14/1 with SkyBet and VC Bet. John Hartson recently said he would be interested in the job but the bookies aren't convinced, Hartson is 25/1 with VC Bet.
