Alan Shearer Backed In Next Blackburn Manager Odds
Thursday 16 December 2010 at 11:17
The latest Next Blackburn Manager Betting Odds have seen a gamble on Alan Shearer to get the job, 24 hours after Blackburn caretaker boss Steve Kean was backed for the job it seems punters are now turning to Alan Shearer.
Alan Shearer The Man Everyone Wants To Back For Ewood Park Job
Steve Kean is still the favourite in the Next Blackburn Manager Odds, he is best priced 3/1 with Paddy Power and William Hill are ducking taking bets on Kean, they currently offer just 7/4. The man being backed to succeed Sam Allardyce at the moment though is Alan Shearer, who won the Premiership as a player with Blackburn. He was popular on Monday when it was first announced that Allardyce had been sacked and punters are coming for the former Newcastle boss once again, he is now down to 5/1 with Victor Chandler and the 10/1 with Bet365, who offer up to £200 in free bets to new customers, may not last long.
Other managers who still seem to be in the running include Dave Jones and Martin Jol, both are 8/1 with Coral but it is Jones who is shortening and Jol who is drifting. Martin O'Neill is interesting at 12/1 with Victor Chandler but he may have his eye on a bigger job. For more Next Blackburn Manager Odds click on any of the orange bookie links above.
