Stewards Cup 2011 Odds And Tips Favour Macs Power Over Hoof It

 The Stewards Cup 2011 takes place at Goodwood on Saturday and whilst the current Odds favour Hoof It who won a big handicap just a week ago at York it is actually Macs Power who has attracted the most tips so far in the OLBG Tipster Competition.
Macs Power Looks Good Value Against Hoof It
Hoof It was well backed to win his race last week and is officially well handicapped after that success so it is no surprise to see him heading the betting for the Stewards Cup 2011, the fact that he is available at 7/1 currently goes to show how competitive the race is but 25% of OLBG Tipsters have gone for Hoof It which shows he has a great chance. The most tipped horse in the race though is clear second favourite Macs Power, who was drawn on the wrong side when running well in the Wokingham at Ascot, Macs Power has 37.5% of tips currently and will be well backed at 8/1, it will be interesting to see how the Stewards Cups Tips change in the lead up to the race.
Look Out For Hamoody On Saturday
The third favourite for the Stewards Cup is Edinburgh Knight who is available at 14/1, Edinburgh Knight needs producing at exactly the right time and this big field will suit him well. Pastoral Player steps back into handicap company and is 16/1, he needs a fast pace to be seen to his best, especially as he can be slow to start, and he could be a decent each way bet. An interesting horse to look out for at Goodwood on Saturday is Hamoody. He has been laid out for this meeting all season and has two wins and a second from four runs at the course (only flop was when having his second race in two days), he is unlikely to make it into the Stewards Cup but should run in the consolation race which is the first race on the card on Saturday and he should go very well in that race.
