Tipsters Suggest Arsenal Much Better Value Than Chelsea In Champions League Matches

 Arsenal and Chelsea are both in Champions League action tonight against German opposition, Arsenal host last season’s Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund whilst Chelsea travel to Bayer Leverkusen.
