Man Utd Ready To Beat Chelsea At Stamford Bridge Say OLBG Tips
Friday 03 February 2012 at 16:31
The game of the weekend has to be Sunday’s clash between Chelsea and Man Utd at Old Trafford and of course this game is proving extremely popular on the OLBG Tipster Competition. There is still plenty of time before kick off but at the time of writing Man Utd are the overwhelming choice to get their first league win at Stamford Bridge in almost ten years.
Man Utd Good Value And Well Backed For Away Win
Heading into the weekend Man Utd are very popular at their current odds of 19/10 with William Hill and Betfred. Those odds might not be available for much longer though, more than half the bookies have already had to cut the odds on an away win following the news that John Terry has been ruled out of this match through injury. Plenty of that money for Man Utd has come from the OLBG Tipsters by the looks of things, at the time of writing more than 80% of OLBG’s finest are backing a near fully fit Man Utd to beat the relatively out of form Chelsea. The Blues, who have won just two of their last eight games, are the favourites to win this match at 13/8 with Bet365 and Paddy Power but that outcome hasn’t proved that popular in the OLBG Tipster Competition, just 12.8% of tipsters have gone for Chelsea whilst the draw at 23/10 with Stan James has been tipped up by just 6.4% of OLBG Tipsters at the time of writing.
Man City, QPR And Arsenal Also Very Popular
That current margin of over 80% of tips for Man Utd makes them the fourth hottest tips this weekend, most tips have come for Man City to win their home game against Fulham. Man City have attracted 94% of tips in their match but at just 1/3 with William Hill that sort of majority is expected. Next best this weekend are QPR, they are surprisingly popular to beat struggling Wolves, at the moment APR have been tipped by almost 89% of OLBG Tipsters at odds of 19/20 with William Hill and one of those tipsters backing QPR is Man Utd fan king pete:
“QPR should be able to build on what was only their second win of the season here with a 3-1 win over Fulham. They’ve improved under Hughes and have made some good signings. They could have a new look attack with Cisse and Zamora upfront. Cisse scored on his debut in the 2-2 draw at Villa and with the service from Barton and Wright Philips they will cause problems. I expect to see Wolves put in a better display here than they did at home to Liverpool but they’ve still only won one game on the road and concede a lot. QPR are playing well, conceding less and now look like they have goals in them.”
Arsenal have also been slightly more popular than Man Utd ahead of this weekend’s fixtures, they have been tipped by an 87% majority to beat Blackburn at 3/10 with Paddy Power. The best value bets though considering the amount of tips look to be Man Utd and QPR. Click here for more Premiership Tips or to place your bets click on any of the orange bookie links above.
