We seem to have lost Jamie???

Queen Grace 14:00 - Haydock
Trainer M J Browne
Jockey S A Gray
Form Figures 1-44141
Age 5
Country IRE
Form She has won three times at 5f on good ground and on the all-weather. A winner at 11-1 at Musselburgh over 5f (good) on her latest outing last month, beating Barney McGrew by 2 1/4l. Has also won at Tipperary this season.
Comment MidasTouch 111011 Was no surprise it won at Wolverhampton Sat night but the manner of it's 4l victory was emphatic and is well worth following when returned to handicap company on the polytrack!

Almuftarris 14:40 - Brighton
Trainer E A L Dunlop
Jockey P Hanagan
Form Figures 2-10454
Age 3
Country USA
Form A winner at 1m 2f on the all-weather. Finished 8l behind Buster Brown when fourth of 10 at 4-1 on his latest outing at Newcastle over 1m 2f (good to soft) last month.
Comment Aidanldrebin Alert 080711 & meoldmate 110412 Well bred colt who looked in need of the experience on debut, but shaped with promise, making notable late headway under considerate handling; will relish an extra furlong in time, but showed enough on debut to suggest he will win over 7f. Picked up like a good horse and looks to stay further.

Piddie's Power 16:10 - Haydock
Trainer E S McMahon
Jockey Neil Farley
Form Figures 061472
Age 5
Country GB
Form Successful twice at 6f on good to firm and good ground. Beaten a neck by Jade when second of 10 at 14-1 on her latest outing at Nottingham over 6f (good) last month.
Comment deliusmiff 050512 Drawn out wide horse was dropped in at the rear of the field travelling well within himself, made steady progress through the field and switched to the outside was coming through to challenge when had to be snatched up 1f out following the concertina effect caused by dale Swift on Bold Fastrac. Jockey stopped riding and let horse coast home, would have gone very close imo. Horse is equally at home on Turf and poly and looks ready to win from this mark over 6/7fs.

Able Master 17:15 - Haydock
Trainer D O'Meara
Jockey D Tudhope
Form Figures 413012
Age 6
Country IRE
Form Winner of five races from 5f to 7f on ground varying from good to firm to good to soft. Beaten 5l by Discression when second of 10 at 8-1 on his latest outing at Newcastle over 7f (good to soft) last month. Has won at Musselburgh and Ayr this season.
Comment deswalker 060412 Very well handicapped on best form he ran an interesting race on reappearance at Redcar. Up with the pace early he was a bit outpaced through the middle of the race then stayed on in eye catching fashion to finish never nearer 6th. There should be one or two 6f or 7f handicaps in this one this year off a starting mark of 82.

Meet Me Halfway 19:50 - Kempton
Trainer C F Wall
Jockey G Baker
Form Figures 65621
Age 2
Country GB
Form Foaled 26 Feb. A winner at 6-1 at Wolverhampton over 6f on her latest outing last month, beating We Are City by 1l. Carries a 6lb penalty today for that success.
Comment deswalker 240712 Expensive purchase who has shown little on the face of things in three maiden runs. Mid division all the way in a Windsor maiden on Monday, she would never have worried the leaders but nevertheless looks as if there may be a bit more to play with in time. Handicaps beckon.

Trader Jack 20:50 - Kempton
Trainer R Charlton
Jockey J Doyle
Form Figures 620552
Age 3
Country GB
Form A winner at 1m. Beaten 1/2l by Blue Surf when second of 7 at 11-4fav on his latest outing at Goodwood over 1m 2f (good to soft) last month.
Comment Aidanldrebin alert 251011 Out of a half sister to Al Kazeem and shaped with immenese promise when third in a good looking 1m maiden at Newbury, unlucky in running but travelling well; surefire winner; should stay 10f at three.

Lets hope I can do better today, and I am pleased to say I am passing you over to a proper "Visiting DJ" for the rest of this week and nexdt week as well, thanks to deswalker for helping out!

Can I take this opportunity to ask if there are any new or old members who would be prepared to help out by posting the Alerts on to this thread for 1 week, it only comes around every 2 months, and will only take 10 minutes of your time a day and can be done anytime from 6:00 a.m. up until start of racing that day. Please pm me if you are interested and want know more, I thank you in advance as it is only because we have such tremendous support that we can maintain this free service!

Dominate - 08 Sep 2012 14:35 - Ascot, 0m 5f 0y
Trainer: R Hannon
Jockey: P Dobbs
Form figures: 2166
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 110712 Missed the break on debut then weaved through horses and stayed on to take 2nd without being asked too much behind a useful winner. Interesting to see what they do with him now.

Diala - 08 Sep 2012 15:10 - Ascot, 1m 0f 0y

Trainer: W J Haggas
Jockey: S W Kelly
Form figures: 21-0645
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: meoldmate 191011 went off favourite for this maiden at Newmarket and won going away from the rest of the contenders, she looks of interest to follow.

Speedi Mouse - 08 Sep 2012 15:10 - Ascot, 1m 0f 0y

Trainer: P J McBride
Jockey: Nicole Nordblad
Form figures: 721811
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 090512 Pretty poor looking race and this one won't be going to the Derby but was held up at rear over a mile today and made very easy progress under hands and heels when he had no chance off the back of a slow pace. Faster pace or maybe 10f should see him competitive off marks in the mid 60's.

Zaina - 08 Sep 2012 15:10 - Ascot, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: G A Butler
Jockey: D E Egan
Form figures: 217978
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 120712 Met some trouble in running in a very competitive handicap at HQ, also held up where the first 4 home were prominent throughout. Has had a couple of poorer results now and could go a nice price nto.

Martin Chuzzlewit - 08 Sep 2012 16:15 - Ascot, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: Sir Michael Stoute
Jockey: R Winston
Form figures: 515-632
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidanldrebin Alert 200711 Costly purchase who is well connected; shaped with promise through greenness on his debut, coming under a ride sooner than most but sticking to his task pleasingly and gradually learning what was required; will relish a stiffer test of stamina.

Opinion - 08 Sep 2012 16:15 - Ascot, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: Sir Michael Stoute
Jockey: R Mullen
Form figures: 6-15101
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidanldrebin 140911 Half brother to the smart middle distance stayer Fox Hunt who looked clueless on his debut, never really involved, his inexperience clearly holding him back; type to excel at three over middle distances.

Ruscello - 08 Sep 2012 16:15 - Ascot, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: Ed Walker
Jockey: Martin Lane
Form figures: 412101
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 110412 Smart maiden form from 3 runs and it will be interesting what mark he picks up. For shrewd connections it would be no surprise if he had more to offer when handicapping.

Sun Central - 08 Sep 2012 16:15 - Ascot, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: W J Haggas
Jockey: S W Kelly
Form figures: 7-3121
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: beepee1984 251011 is one to watch next season over the middle distances and is far better than he showed today. He ran all over the course switching left then right, left and then when staying on (into probably 4th) hung badly into another horse which nearly stopped him completely before staying on again. Half brother to Guineass winner George Washington and to Singapore cup winner Grandera.

Fair Value - 08 Sep 2012 16:50 - Ascot, 0m 5f 0y
Trainer: S Dow
Jockey: S Sanders
Form figures: 720162
Age: 4
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: horsetaylor Alert 290311 Showed a useful turn of foot on the polytrack at Lingfield and considering the horse was still green around the bend and won suggests better than bare result and distance. Handicaps look likely.

Long Awaited - 08 Sep 2012 14:15 - Haydock, 0m 5f 0y
Trainer: T D Barron
Jockey: R Hughes
Form figures: 100041
Age: 4
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 060612 Yes, there are always hard luck stories in the messiest of races, the Epsom Dash, but Long Awaited was absolutely trashed repeatedly from a prominent position. Progressive profile and I would expect more to come.

Chil The Kite - 08 Sep 2012 14:50 - Haydock, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: H Morrison
Jockey: William Buick
Form figures: 612-611
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidenldrebin alert 140811 Half brother to five winners and shaped as though he wouldn't be long in upholding the family tradition, green initially but finishing off well in a decent race; will want 1m before too long and should be winning soon.

Gosbeck - 08 Sep 2012 16:00 - Haydock, 1m 6f 0y
Trainer: H Candy
Jockey: Dane O'Neill
Form figures: 44-4421
Age: 4
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 250412 Ran well today on the bottomless ground, held up mid div, coming to challenge a couple of furlongs out and just getting outpaced on the ground towards the end. It looked a very promising reappearance run to me and I think there could be one or two decent races for her this season.

Sir Graham Wade - 08 Sep 2012 16:00 - Haydock, 1m 6f 0y
Trainer: M Johnston
Jockey: K Fallon
Form figures: 811130
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: aidenldrebin alert 270911 Dalakhani half brother to the yard's useful Epic who shaped as though stamina is his forte when a staying on fourth in a 10f maiden on debut, pushed along from around halfway but coming home well; should win his maiden before moving in to handicap company.

Aazif - 08 Sep 2012 17:05 - Haydock, 1m 6f 0y
Trainer: J Dunlop
Jockey: R Hughes
Form figures: 51-4522
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: aidenldrebin alert 270911 Half brother to connections' smart stayer Akmal, and well regarded judged on his Group 1 entry; travelled well for a long way on debut before a lack of pace/fitness told inside the final furlong; will do better over 1m+ and potentially quite useful.

Loving Spirit - 08 Sep 2012 15:05 - Kempton, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: J A R Toller
Jockey: P Cosgrave
Form figures: 75-6452
Age: 4
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: The Executioner 070512 Tr James Toller Travelled well on his AW debut at Kempton but was hampered when making his move 2F out ; finished to good effect to be beaten around 2 1/2L in 6th. Was often highly tried last term and his official mark dropped 8 pounds - he looks capable of landing a h'cap at around a mile over the coming months.

Switzerland - 08 Sep 2012 15:05 - Kempton, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: M Johnston
Jockey: Martin Lane
Form figures: 409210
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: deliusmiff 180312 7fs- M Johnston-Wolverhampton. Put up a remarkable performance when winning this class 4 h'cap by 8 lengths easily and probably produced a 100+ performance. The time of the race alone would have put it in 4th in the class 1 Lady Wolfruna stakes race on the same card won by the 4 yo Libys Dream carrying 9lbs less, with the 102 and 96 rated Belgium Bill and Clockmaker in 2nd and 3rd. Looks lots of improvement to come and has some fancy entries.

Light Heavy - 08 Sep 2012 17:45 - Leopardstown, 1m 2f 0y
Trainer: J S Bolger
Jockey: K J Manning
Form figures: 2-11136
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: drogerson 191011 Sired by Teofilo out of Siamsa. Closely related to 2011 Dewhurst Winner Parish Hall, (share same sire, and is out of Siamsa's daughter, Halla Siamsa). Neck behind Frontier, an O'Brien Derby entrant who cost a cool 340,000gns and had race experience in hand on this debutant. Impressed tracking leader, and keeping pace throughout. Should be primed for next years Irish classics.

All That Rules - 08 Sep 2012 19:20 - Leopardstown, 1m 6f 0y
Trainer: T Carmody
Jockey: N G McCullagh
Form figures: 6-7213
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidanldrebin alert 271111 Closely related to a progressive middle distance stayer; very green but finished off to great effect on his debut without being given a hard time; type to excel at three once tackling middle distances.

The Cayterers - 08 Sep 2012 15:50 - Stratford, 2m 0f 110y
Trainer: A W Carroll
Jockey: Lee Edwards
Form figures: 7717/22-
Age: 10
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 240612 Held up at rear on ground soft enough for this horse, he ran on under hands and heels at the death of the race over a mile. His ideal trip is 10f and it wouldn't be any surprise to see him at that trip on a firmer surface next time he's out and he should go well.

Tzora - 08 Sep 2012 15:50 - Stratford, 2m 0f 110y
Trainer: M Hill
Jockey: Hadden Frost
Form figures: 4/PP-135
Age: 7
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: meoldmate 150712 First run for 101 and ran out fairly impressive at a massive price winner of a two mile handicap at Stratford, could be interesting again when next seen has the capability to run a sequence of wins up.

West With The Wind - 08 Sep 2012 15:50 - Stratford, 2m 0f 110y
Trainer: Evan Williams
Jockey: Paul Moloney
Form figures: 136-247
Age: 7
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: MidasTouch 111011 At Limerick in the 5:05 on Sunday, made all, slightly slow 5 out, clear from before straight, steadied and drifted left last, stayed on well run-in. Pudit on WH Radio says this one is an excellent Tingle Creak prospect

Wynyard Boy - 08 Sep 2012 14:20 - Thirsk, 0m 6f 0y
Trainer: T D Easterby
Jockey: A Carter
Form figures: 8
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidanldrebin alert 220512 Half brother to Fred Darling winner Moonstone Magic who was far too green to do himself justice on debut, doing well to get as close as he did; will do better; may want ease in the ground (knee action).

Pearl Ransom - 08 Sep 2012 14:55 - Thirsk, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: K A Ryan
Jockey: P Makin
Form figures: 6
Age: 2
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: The Executioner 220512 ( Kevin Ryan ) : Looked in need of the outing when a well beaten sixth on his debut at Nottingham in May and should hopefully improve enough to collect an ordinary maiden before being campaigned in Nurseries later in the season. No worldbeater but with a bit of luck may well find his way to the winners enclosure.

Stormy Weather - 08 Sep 2012 16:05 - Thirsk, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: B Ellison
Jockey: P Pickard
Form figures: 230/072
Age: 6
Country: FR
Past Form: None
Your comments: deswalker 090112 Possibly won with a little in hand on saturday over a previous winner. Could easily be more to come off his revised mark.

Sunday, 9 September 2012

Caponata - 09 Sep 2012 15:50 - Curragh, 1m 2f 0y
Trainer: D K Weld
Jockey: P J Smullen
Form figures: 112
Age: 3
Country: USA
Past Form: None
Your comments: Scaifey 280612 This big filly is from the Weld yard and looks a VERY smart prospect - sent off a 5/1 chance on debut at Fairyhouse it absolutely hacked up winning by an eased down 5l. It has just had its second run this time in a class 1 backed into 3's and again travelled with great ease and when asked to quicken did so in tremendous style winning by around 2 lengths with more in hand. Running over 1m 2f was no problem but with her running style could see her improving even more upped in tri

Grievous Angel - 09 Sep 2012 13:50 - York, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: Mrs A Duffield
Jockey: P Mulrennan
Form figures: 552221
Age: 2
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: RomanyKing 310812 Just absolutely cruised clear in a 6f maiden at Thirsk on Soft ground, no easy task. Showed massive improvement having taken a while for it to all fall into place. Could go on to better things. Worth following for next few months

Mince - 09 Sep 2012 14:55 - York, 0m 6f 0y
Trainer: R Charlton
Jockey: J Doyle
Form figures: 217811
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: aidenldrebin alert 270911 Speedily bred filly who was clueless on debut, albeit put in some good late work; broke slowly second time around but was able to recover on this occasion, still green but finishing off well to get up close home; potentially above average, and ought to do even better at three.

Gabrial's Star - 09 Sep 2012 16:00 - York, 2m 0f 88y
Trainer: B Smart
Jockey: T Eaves
Form figures: 1-58225
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: None
Your comments: Aidanldrebin alert 220911 Half brother to progressive middle distance stayer Caravan Rolls On who made a winning debut, that despite being the greennest of the lot; middle distances at three will see him in his best light.

William Haigh - 09 Sep 2012 17:05 - York, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: G A Swinbank
Jockey: G Whillans
Form figures: 11-1100
Age: 4
Country: IRE
Past Form: None
Your comments: MidasTouch 310811 thefivecs wrote "the ride on this one can be questioned also, he just rode it into the back of the winner when coming to challenge i didnt bet but one to watch next time out i feel". Couldn't agree more, although did seem a difficult ride and not so sure it will get its act together nto, but maybe some time soon?

Quite a few to get our teeth into there...

Good luck all Fingers Crossed

2.oo Ascot

WINSILI is one of my personal horse alerts, the John Gosden trained filly ran an absolute cracker on her debut at HQ which I saw in person. Steering today Robert Havlin who rode her well last time to a hands and heels victory. Considering it was her first time out in a competitive field I thought there was a lot more to come from her, and a good run today could follow up an entry in very hot company.

Praxios - 10 Sep 2012 17:30 - Newcastle, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: N Wilson
Jockey: G Bartley
Form figures: 804983
Age: 4
Country: GB
Past Form: Placed twice in 11 starts. Third of 13 behind Dubai Celebration beaten 2 1/2l at 10-1 on his latest outing at Musselburgh over 1m (good to firm) earlier this month. He is wearing a visor for the first time.
Your comments: deswalker 100412 Well bred sort who changed hands cheaply but showed some promise today at a lower level dropped back to a mile for new connections. Travelled strongly and was not given a hard time after meeting trouble.

Patsy Cline - 10 Sep 2012 17:10 - Newton Abbot, 3m 3f 0y
Trainer: J L Flint
Jockey: Thomas Flint
Form figures: 00P211
Age: 6
Country: IRE
Past Form: Successful in two hurdle races at 2m 6f on good ground. Won on her latest outing in a hurdle race when 7-4fav at Fontwell over 2m 6f (good) last month, beating Motou by 7l. Has also won at Stratford this season.
Your comments: RomanyKing 300812 Has won both her novice hurdle races, two in a row. Keeps on progressing and could turn out to be a nice type. Was hiked up today at Fontwell 7lbs and still won going away. Will go up a further 7lbs apparently. Worth following for a while, the real tests are yet to come.

Good luck all Fingers Crossed

Bronze Prince - 11 Sep 2012 16:50 - Leicester, 0m 7f 9y
Trainer: M J Attwater
Jockey: J-P Guillambert
Form figures: 150000
Age: 5
Country: GB
Past Form: He has won three times from 7f to 1m on good to soft ground and on the all-weather. Beaten 9l behind Imperial Guest at 50-1 when 16th of 19 on his latest outing at Goodwood over 7f (good to soft) last month.
Your comments: merlin Alert 060611 This horse was heavily backed on the morning of Saturday 4th June and ran an eye catching race at Doncaster that afternoon. Prior to the race you couldn't give the horse away and it drifted to 9 on the exchanges. It was settled at the rear of the field and was still there at the half-way point, but proceeded to make good progress in the last couple of furlongs and to me it looked like it had half a tank left when it final crossed the line in 3rd place. One quick look at th

Sea Soldier - 11 Sep 2012 16:50 - Leicester, 0m 7f 9y
Trainer: A M Balding
Jockey: William Buick
Form figures: 5/2138-7

Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 7f on good to firm ground. Beaten 2 1/2l behind Esprit De Midas at 7-1 when seventh of 12 on his latest outing at Kempton over 7f in April.
Your comments: deswalker 010512 Promising return effort by Andrew Balding gelding yesterday. Still relatively unexposed he ran well for a long time in a competitive race before his fitness gave out possibly at the end of the race, or possibly slightly outpaced, possibly both. May stay a mile, but generally a sprinting family

Mont Ras - 12 Sep 2012 16:30 - Carlisle, 0m 7f 200y
Trainer: D O'Meara
Jockey: D Tudhope
Form figures: 4-37733
Age: 5
Country: IRE
Past Form: He has won three times from 7f to 1m on good to firm and good ground. Third of 18 behind Go Dutch beaten 4 1/2l at 4-1fav on his latest outing at Doncaster over 7f (good) last month.
Your comments: deliousmiff 220412 1m-class 2 h'cap Newbury- D O'Meara. Ran another cracking race in defeat when racing well up with the pace before weakening inside final furlong to finish 7th behind Captain Bertie. Probably better on Good/G/F ground being by Indian Ridge this was a fine effort. Greatly improved last season after being switched to D O'Meara won 3 races on the trot and looks set for another good season.

Shahdaroba - 12 Sep 2012 14:00 - Doncaster, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: B R Millman
Jockey: J Millman
Form figures: 33018
Age: 2

Past Form: Foaled 18 Mar. A winner at 6f on good to firm ground. Beaten 5l behind Hototo at 40-1 when eighth of 19 on his latest outing at York over 6f (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: spinningcoin 160512 Making his racecourse debut for Rod Millman at Bath this evening. From what I could see on the box this is a strong-looking 2-y-o, he was green throughout but was running on nicely at the finish. Half-brother to Group horse Honours List Will have no trouble winning a race over 5/6f if not tried too highly.

Tommy's Secret - 12 Sep 2012 14:30 - Doncaster, 0m 6f 0y
Trainer: Jane Chapple-Hyam
Jockey: B Doyle
Form figures: 51062
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: Foaled 25 Apr. A winner at 5f on good ground. Beaten 2 1/4l by Titled Gent when second of 7 at 20-1 on his latest outing at Kempton over 6f last month.
Your comments: deswalker 100512 Green as grass on debut today at Chester over 5f, outpaced in rear to boot but stayed on pleasingly in the closing stages. Dam a middle distance performer, brother a 7f winner and the sire (a top class sprinter) hasn't as yet indicated the way his progeny will go, but further should be better for this one.

Past Form: A winner at 5f on good to firm ground. Finished 4 1/2l behind That's Dangerous when fifth of 8 at 4-1 on his latest outing at Newmarket over 1m (good to firm) in September last year.
Your comments: frankel 070911 Suffered a nightmare run...finish 3rd in very good style

Progenitor - 12 Sep 2012 18:45 - Kempton, 0m 7f 0y

Country: IRE
Past Form: Foaled 24 Feb. Yet to place in three starts. Beaten 10l behind Labienus at 66-1 when seventh of 8 on his latest outing at Lingfield over 7f last month.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin 140712 Nicely bred colt who ran better than the bare result suggested on debut, never involved but making a good forward move past halfway before fading back out of things; type to excel with time for his astute handler.

Silver Lace - 12 Sep 2012 20:45 - Kempton, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: C F Wall
Jockey: G Baker
Form figures: 0-2451

Pure Excellence - 13 Sep 2012 13:15 - Doncaster, 0m 6f 110y
Trainer: M Johnston
Jockey: F Norton
Form figures: 139
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: Foaled 8 Mar. A winner at 5f on good to firm ground. Beaten 7l behind Mary's Daughter at 6-1 when 9th of 14 on her latest outing at York over 6f (good) last month.
Your comments: meoldmate 040812 ran a race of many stops and can continue the upward curve of improvement when seeing this one out next time.

Carlton Blue - 13 Sep 2012 14:20 - Doncaster, 0m 6f 110y
Trainer: P F I Cole
Jockey: M Harley
Form figures: 92410
Age: 2
Country: IRE
Past Form: Foaled 19 Feb. A winner at 6f on firm ground. Beaten 8l behind Hototo at 33-1 when 15th of 19 on his latest outing at York over 6f (good to firm) last month. He is wearing a tongue-tie for the first time.
Your comments: The Executioner 200412 ( Paul Cole ) : Well made son of Aussie Rules with a pedigree to suggest that a furlong or two further than the minimum trip will suit as a juvenile. Looked in need of the run of his debut at Newbury in April and may be one to watch over the summer months.

Ambivalent - 13 Sep 2012 14:55 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: R Varian
Jockey: N Callan
Form figures: 18-131
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: She has won three times from 1m 1f to 1m 4f on good to firm and good ground and on the all-weather. A winner at 9-2 at Newbury over 1m 4f (good to firm) on her latest outing last month, beating Set To Music by 1 1/2l. Has also won at Nottingham this season.
Your comments: MidasTouch 200911 Saturday night at Wolverhampton, tracked leaders, switched right over 1f out, ran green inside final furlong, picked up well to lead close home. With a win like that should easily be able to follow and may even create a nice winning sequence!

Space Ship - 13 Sep 2012 15:30 - Doncaster, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: J H M Gosden
Jockey: William Buick
Form figures: 4
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: Foaled 19 Jan. Dam won six times between 1m 1f and 1m 4f including a Group 1 race. Finished 7l behind Sanjuro when fourth of 10 at 7-2fav on his racecourse debut at Sandown over 7f (good) last month.
Your comments: aidanldrebin 310812 Galileo third foal of a dual Grade 1 winner in the US; well regarded but far too green to do himself justice on debut, only really getting going inside the final furlong to take fourth; will know a lot more next time, and ought to thrive over 10f+ at three.

Balady - 13 Sep 2012 15:05 - Epsom Downs, 1m 0f 114y
Trainer: J Dunlop
Jockey: T P O'Shea
Form figures: 24-1654
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 7f on soft ground. Finished 4 1/2l behind Storm King when fourth of 10 at 16-1 on her latest outing at Kempton over 1m last month.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin Horse Alert 200711 Raced wide of the action on her debut but travelled nicely for a good deal of the way, looking a threat to all around the two furlong marker, fading soon after but far from knocked about once held; type to do a lot better in due course.

Epsom Salts - 13 Sep 2012 15:40 - Epsom Downs, 1m 4f 10y
Trainer: P Phelan
Jockey: C Bolger
Form figures: 777019
Age: 7
Country: GB
Past Form: Has won nine races from 1m 4f to 2m on ground varying from good to firm to good to soft and on the all-weather. Well beaten at 8-1 behind No Heretic when 9th of 10 on his latest outing over this course and distance (good) last month.
Your comments: deswalker 290612 I'm going to put this one up just because I have been noting this one being campaigned at between a mile and 10f generally this season, whereas he is a guaranteed stayer who won twice at 2 miles last season. He should go well when either returned to Epsom, or stepped back up in trip.

Safe House - 13 Sep 2012 16:15 - Epsom Downs, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: M Johnston
Jockey: Michael J M Murphy
Form figures: 5-18957
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 7f on soft ground. Beaten 11l behind Mick Slates at 10-1 when seventh of 9 on her latest outing at Thirsk over 7f (good to soft) last month.
Your comments: meoldmate 191011 with Frankie Dettori not giving his mount a hard time from the saddle but stayed on nicely and will come on for this run and could be found a race either before the end of the season or she could find a nice race next year when filled out.

Good luck all Fingers Crossed

Form figures: 4-22123
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: A winner at 1m 1f on good ground. Third of 7 behind Blue Surf beaten 4l at 3-1 on his latest outing at Goodwood over 1m 2f (good to soft) last month.
Your comments: meoldmate 110412 Will progress after a fine run to finish in second place at Lingfield.

Eastern Destiny - 14 Sep 2012 16:25 - Chester, 1m 2f 75y
Trainer: R A Fahey
Jockey: T Hamilton
Form figures: 01-214
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: Successful at 6f and 1m 2f on good to firm and good to soft ground. Finished 14l behind Valiant when fourth of 5 at 11-2 on her latest outing at York over 1m 2f (good to soft) in June.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin alert 170811 Nicely bred filly who shaped better than result suggested on debut, and confirmed that view when landing a 6f maiden at Thirsk in commanding fashion; type to do better still in nurseries at up to 1m, and should stay a bit further next year; good prospect.

Ceiling Kitty - 14 Sep 2012 13:15 - Doncaster, 0m 5f 0y
Trainer: Tom Dascombe
Jockey: R Kingscote
Form figures: 24111
Age: 2
Country: GB
Past Form: Foaled 4 Feb. She has won three times at 5f on good ground and on the all-weather. A winner at 20-1 in the Group 2 Queen Mary Stakes at Ascot over 5f (good) on her latest outing in June, beating Hoyam by 1l. Has won 3 times this season.
Your comments: meoldmate 310312 Started two year old season off well with a good win at Kempton tracking the leaders and then kicking on in the last two furlongs, more to come.

Sir Graham Wade - 14 Sep 2012 13:50 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: M Johnston
Jockey: K Fallon
Form figures: 111301
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: He has won four times from 1m 4f to 1m 6f on ground varying from firm to soft. Won on his latest outing when 7-2fav at Haydock over 1m 6f (firm) earlier this month, beating Tropical Beat by a head. Carries a 6lb penalty today for that success. Has won 3 times this season.

Western Prize - 14 Sep 2012 13:50 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: R M Beckett
Jockey: Jim Crowley
Form figures: 10-6120
Age: 4
Country: GB
Past Form: He has won three times from 1m to 1m 6f on good to firm and good ground and on the all-weather. Beaten 17l behind Olympiad at 6-1 when 14th of 16 on his latest outing at York over 2m (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: aidenldrebin alert 200111 Well regarded and nicely bred colt who got off the mark in smooth fashion on debut; will relish a step up to 10f+ and could potentially be a very useful performer in time.

No Jet Lag - 14 Sep 2012 15:30 - Doncaster, 0m 7f 0y
Trainer: D R Lanigan
Jockey: J P Spencer
Form figures: 711
Age: 2
Country: USA

Your comments: Aidanldrebin alert 150712 US-bred colt who shaped with considerable promise in a good maiden on debut, not given a hard time but finishing off well from a hold up position; will do a lot better next time; should stay 1m.

Highland Colori - 14 Sep 2012 16:05 - Doncaster, 0m 6f 110y
Trainer: A M Balding
Jockey: David Probert
Form figures: 111516
Age: 4
Country: IRE
Past Form: Winner of five races from 5f to 1m on good to firm and soft ground and on the all-weather. Finished 6l behind Go Dutch when sixth of 18 at 5-1 on his latest outing here over 7f (good) last month. Has won 3 times this season.
Your comments: deswalker 220712 Been a winning machine this year and its tempting to see his 5th yesterday at Ascot as the handicapper finally catching up with him, but he was on the unfavoured far side and the effort needs marking up as a result. More to come I'd think and could be listed class potentially at between 6f and a mile.

Egretta - 14 Sep 2012 18:05 - Down Royal, 1m 2f 100y
Trainer: R Brabazon
Jockey: W J Lee
Form figures: 6-
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: Finished 5l behind My Queenie when sixth of 11 at 33-1 on her racecourse debut at Leicester over 1m (good to firm) in September last year. Having her first run for a new stable today, previously with H Morrison.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin 060911 Half sister to a handful of winners, including the smart La De Two, and shaped with a good deal of promise on debut, within herself for much of the way but proving unable to quicken, keeping on again inside the final furlong; type to do well over middle distances in 2012.

Border Legend - 14 Sep 2012 15:05 - Sandown, 1m 0f 14y
Trainer: R Charlton
Jockey: J Doyle
Form figures: 361
Age: 3
Country: GB
Past Form: A winner at 5-1 at Windsor over 1m (soft) on his latest outing in June, beating Eagle Power by 1l.
Your comments: aidanldrebin 250412 Sent off joint-favourite for his debut outing but proved too green to show his true worth, travelling smoothly for two-thirds of the way in midfield and attempting to challenge over a furlong out, keeping on without being able to match the winner; will do better with that behind him, and ought to stay 10f comfortably.

Zaina - 14 Sep 2012 15:40 - Sandown, 1m 2f 7y
Trainer: G A Butler
Jockey: Andrea Atzeni
Form figures: 217978
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 1m 2f on good ground. Well beaten at 10-1 behind Gallipot when last of 8 on her latest outing at Kempton over 1m 3f last month. She is wearing a tongue-tie for the first time.
Your comments: deswalker 120712 Met some trouble in running in a very competitive handicap at HQ, also held up where the first 4 home were prominent throughout. Has had a couple of poorer results now and could go a nice price nto.

Sugarformyhoney - 14 Sep 2012 17:15 - Sandown, 1m 0f 14y
Trainer: S Durack
Jockey: J Fortune
Form figures: 514-809
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 7f on the all-weather. Beaten 14l behind Burke's Rock at 50-1 when last of 9 on her latest outing at Windsor over 1m (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: deswalker 110712 Really in the process of running a good reappearance race when stumbling in the closing stages and being allowed to come home on her own afterwards. Set a tough task on last 2yo appearance and more to come.

Good luck all Fingers Crossed

Cruise Tothelimit - 15 Sep 2012 13:40 - Chester, 0m 5f 16
Trainer: Ian Williams
Jockey: Ryan Powell
Form figures: 512152
Age: 4
Country: IRE
Past Form: Winner of five races from 5f to 6f on ground varying from good to firm to soft. Beaten 1 1/4l by Another Try when second of 10 at 7-2jt-fav on his latest outing at Haydock over 6f (good) last month. Has won at Haydock and Newbury this season.
Your comments: deswalker 170712 Went off well backed favourite last night and was beaten into second, but it is clear in the closing stages (and from later results) that the CENTRE of the course was where they wanted to be on the run in and this one lead them all up the far side. Better than bare form suggests.

Gabrial's King - 15 Sep 2012 17:05 - Chester, 1m 2f 75y
Trainer: Ian Williams
Jockey: Stephen Craine
Form figures: 116256
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: He has won three times from 1m 1f to 1m 4f on the all-weather. Finished 3 1/2l behind Scarlet Whispers when sixth of 14 at 13-2 on his latest outing at Windsor over 1m 4f (good) in June.
Your comments: deswalker 250612 Held up towards rear, this horse was one of only a couple to make progress from off the pace in the race. He also met trouble and had to weave around other competitors so the effort should probably be marked up accordingly.

Aiken - 15 Sep 2012 18:05 - Curragh, 1m 6f 0y
Trainer: J H M Gosden
Jockey: J Fortune
Form figures: 11-1114
Age: 4
Country: GB
Past Form: Winner of six races from 1m 2f to 1m 4f on ground varying from good to soft. Finished 8l behind Sea Moon when fourth of 12 at 4-1 on his latest outing in the Group 2 Hardwicke Stakes at Ascot over 1m 4f (good) in June. Has won 3 times this season.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin Alert 170611 Well related colt who was too green to do himself justice on debut, making late headway under considerate handling but never involved; much better can be expected in due course.

Invisible Man - 15 Sep 2012 13:50 - Doncaster, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: S bin Suroor
Jockey: L Dettori
Form figures: 2-25340
Age: 6
Country: GB
Past Form: He has won four times at 1m on good to firm and good ground, but last win was over two years ago. Beaten 8l behind Trade Storm at 14-1 when 11th of 20 on his latest outing at York over 1m (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: deswalker 230812 Not hiding much from the handicapper nowadays, but it may have escaped general notice the trouble that he experienced in running at York lto. He is better than the result and there's a possibility that he will be a decent price nto as a result.

Captain Dunne - 15 Sep 2012 15:00 - Doncaster, 0m 5f 140y
Trainer: T D Easterby
Jockey: T E Durcan
Form figures: 58-6590
Age: 7
Country: IRE
Past Form: Winner of seven races at 5f on ground varying from good to firm to soft and on the all-weather. Beaten 6l behind Tax Free at 25-1 when 14th of 19 on his latest outing at York over 5f (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: deswalker 210412 Great old horse, travelled best today before flattening late on over 5f on soft ground. It would be unwise to read too much into that form and better is possibly to come on decent ground and maybe when headgear is back on.

Encke - 15 Sep 2012 15:40 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: M Al Zarooni
Jockey: M Barzalona
Form figures: 21-123
Age: 3
Country: USA
Past Form: Successful at 1m and 1m 2f on good to firm and good to soft ground. Third of 6 behind Thought Worthy beaten 2 1/4l at 7-1 on his latest outing in the Group 2 Neptune Great Voltigeur Stakes at York over 1m 4f (good to firm) last month.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin 140911 Full brother to connections' smart 8-10f winner Genius Beast out of the top-class middle distance performer Shawanda; travelled well into contention and led entering the final furlong but was reeled in close home by a fellow newcomer; smart middle distance prospect.

Thomas Chippendale - 15 Sep 2012 15:40 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: Sir H R A Cecil
Jockey: T P Queally
Form figures: 01-5115
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: He has won three times from 1m to 1m 4f on good and soft ground. Finished 5l behind Thought Worthy when fifth of 6 at 4-1 on his latest outing in the Group 2 Neptune Great Voltigeur Stakes at York over 1m 4f (good to firm) last month. Has won at Ascot and Newmarket this season.
Your comments: aidanldrebin 111011 Highly regarded son of Dansili who took a major step forward from his debut outing when winning a 1m maiden at Leicester with plenty to spare, travelling strongly throughout and only having to be hand ridden to score; huge amount of improvement left to come over 10f+ in 2012.

Thought Worthy - 15 Sep 2012 15:40 - Doncaster, 1m 6f 132y
Trainer: J H M Gosden
Jockey: William Buick
Form figures: 1-21431
Age: 3
Country: USA
Past Form: He has won three times from 1m to 1m 4f on good to firm and soft ground. A winner at 9-1 in the Group 2 Neptune Great Voltigeur Stakes at York over 1m 4f (good to firm) on his latest outing last month, beating Main Sequence by a neck. Has also won at Newmarket this season.
Your comments: aidanldrebin 111011 Full brother to connections' Leger winner Lucarno who made a winning debut in a decent enough maiden at Newcastle, well off the pace at one stage but coming through nicely to pick up the pieces, keeping on well to hold off the fast-finishing runner up; very nice middle distance prospect for next year.

Martin Chuzzlewit - 15 Sep 2012 17:20 - Doncaster, 1m 4f 0y
Trainer: Sir Michael Stoute
Jockey: K Fallon
Form figures: 15-6320
Age: 3
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 1m on good to soft ground. Beaten 16l behind Ahzeemah at 9-1 when 18th of 19 on his latest outing at Ascot over 1m 4f (good to firm) earlier this month.
Your comments: Aidanldrebin Alert 200711 Costly purchase who is well connected; shaped with promise through greenness on his debut, coming under a ride sooner than most but sticking to his task pleasingly and gradually learning what was required; will relish a stiffer test of stamina.

Dolly Royal - 15 Sep 2012 14:00 - Newcastle, 1m 0f 0y
Trainer: R Johnson
Jockey: P Mathers
Form figures: 600266
Age: 7
Country: IRE
Past Form: A winner at 7f on good to firm ground, but that win was over two years ago. Finished 6l behind Sovereign Street when sixth of 11 at 15-2 on her latest outing at Hamilton over 6f (soft) in July. Runs from 4lb out of handicap.
Your comments: mike mercury 180612 First run at 5f today and quietly fancied on Betfair did well from poor Carlisle draw and wasnt allowed a clear run before finishing well stiff 5f well within this ones compass

Hi All,

Just realised the Horse Alerts are not up yet and with one early doors thought I best put them up?

Hope beepee1984 didn't get too drunk on all his winnings from his day at Doncaster Races with the OLBG crowd? Cheeky

Supa Seeker 14:00 - Wolverhampton
Trainer A W Carroll
Jockey Aiden Blakemore
Form Figures 4666-74
Age 6
Country USA
Form Placed once in 14 starts. Finished 20l behind Croeso Mawr when fourth of 14 at 12-1 on his latest outing at Chepstow over 1m (soft) last month.
Comment MidasTouch 310811 Was favourite yesterday and Spencer came off the bend looking all round him for any potential threats before pressing the button? He then seemed to look for trouble, and ended up not being blamed for loosing on this one. Had been pulled from a race the day before, so something seems to be going on imo?

Progenitor 15:00 - Wolverhampton
Trainer D R Lanigan
Jockey J F McDonald
Form Figures 0971
Age 2
Country IRE
Form Foaled 24 Feb. A winner at 10-1 at Kempton over 7f on his latest outing earlier this month, beating Girl Of Cadiz by 1l. Carries a 6lb penalty today for that success.
Comment Aidanldrebin 140712 Nicely bred colt who ran better than the bare result suggested on debut, never involved but making a good forward move past halfway before fading back out of things; type to excel with time for his astute handler.

Good Luck if you are wagering
