Just had a look at the main event and I fully expect a Rua stoppage. A lot of people can't believe Vera has been given a main event spot like this one, he's not done much for years and has failed to live up his own hype. Rua has struggled of late as well, but he's a very strong and powerful fighter, and possesses far more big fight experience. _________________ Football and Boxing expert. |

| I agree, the two main co events are probably poor match ups in my opinion and should result in stoppages for Rua and Machida, of the Brits Thompson should have to much power for DeFries, Swick has also been handed an easy comeback on paper |

After some very poor shows over the last few months tonight we got the action us UFC fans expect...
On paper it looked like another poor night but it was anything but ...
How you can pick KO of the night after that.....
Four great fights and eight fighters putting it all in...
In my opinion everyone was the winner tonight... _________________ Always Trying..... |

It was a great show, lot of people were slagging it off beforehand, but the action was brilliant. Definitely getting into the UFC, seems like the coverage of fights before and after is better than Boxing. With no Boxing on at the moment it's opening my eyes up a little bit, UFC 150 is next week and it's an event that I will definitely be taking a close look at. _________________ Football and Boxing expert. |
