| Got to be said tipperone that your selections aren't exactly in the spirit of the competition and very unfair on jjj4eva |

inplayking, you're completeley off the road.
The first positions were so close that follow the second without convinction would have been useless, considering that jjeva had van persie as top golscorer (0 points more), while i had gomez and other players in the first positions had Gomez too, or Torres, or, with the NAP, could win with a Xabi Alonso penalty.
However i don't think there's nothing wrong in playing this competitions considering probabilities.
I'm italian, so the Balotelli's choice was sure; for the second i was in doubt between torres (but i knew that he was not in the starting lineup), xabi alonso (for the penality's chance, but i was first in the competition and it was risky) and iniesta, because he's used to score in important matches, so at the end i chose iniesta.
This is almost all, if you don't believe in me it's your problem, i don't think that your comments are in the spirit of OLBG. |

Sorry but i have to agree with Inplayking here.
40 players to pick from and you happen to pick the exact same players the entrant in 2nd place and also NAP the same player is very dubious indeed.
At the end of the day these things are a bit of fun and should be played that way.
Saying other people could have won is an easy way of getting out.
It's wrong, simple, and i am entitled to my opinion, simple as that

Maybe the simple solution to this is in the future any entrants with a chance of taking a prize in the final round all PM there selections to Eezzee or whoever is hosting. The host then posts their selections on the thread once they have all been received.
That way its 100% fair as no-one with a shot of a money prize has any idea what eachother have, and no need for any speculation. Simple!!
Congrats to any winners. |

| Good idea it seems to work ok with the monthly horse racing challenge when it enters the knock out stage. |
