MoleyMan what a very valuable couple of posts you have contributed with today.. absolutely brilliant... fourth of June .. thought Frankie had him but he battled back well to fight both its rivals off..

| Let's see what would happen if I laid my house on....Daliance (obviously I haven't!) but have this down as a strong stats Lay. See what happens. |

Well, what are your fancies for the Grand National.
I have finally decided my bets and have gone with Saddler's Storm.
He is an old raider but he had two good seconds recently to suggest he is in form and also finished second to Seabass in a point to point in Novermber by one and a half lenght at shorter trip gaining on at the finish which is a very good form to me. He is fairly well handicapped for this. I don't know too much about the jockey but the trainer had a grand national winner in 2001.
I also had a small e/w on Shakervilz who is better at the weights(well handicapped) than last year, good claimer on board, showed a bit of return to form and is overpriced.
Western Charmer is way better at the weights the last time he met Groody Hill and Cross Appeal and is running of exactly the same mark as when finishing second last year.
Another one on my list that is better at the weights is Some Target who will like the softening ground now, The Last Derby is way overpriced and from the market leaders Ninetieth Minute _________________ The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits

I'm on Some Target. I know that Ruby chose Allee Garde but it was reportedly a tough choice but Target ticks all the boxes for me and at 22/1 (earlier) he looked the value. _________________ "The problem with the future is that there are more things that could happen than will happen" - Plato (liberally paraphrased)
